Weather-Tech Roofing LLC

Weather-Tech Roofing LLC works out of Chandler, Texas as a straight roofing crew that takes on both house jobs and commercial buildings. They handle roof repair, full replacement, and new installation across different styles like shingles and flat surfaces. The outfit keeps things local and focuses on getting roofs back in shape after weather hits or when old material starts failing. Based on what shows up in public listings they cover residential properties and business sites with the same approach of tearing off what's worn and laying down solid new work.

Chandler sits in East Texas where summer heat bakes shingles and sudden storms drop heavy rain plus wind that can tear edges loose. Homeowners often call for leak patches after heavy downpours or complete swaps when hail leaves dents across the surface. Crews here pull off old layers, check the decking underneath, and install fresh material that stands up to the next round of weather. They also apply coatings on flat sections to seal cracks and run regular checks to spot loose flashing before water gets inside walls. Work moves fast because everyone knows a bad roof can turn a small issue into soaked ceilings and ruined insulation in short order.

Folks around Chandler mention that jobs finish on time without extra charges showing up later and that the crew explains each step so nothing feels unclear. Quality holds after the first big storm passes and prices stay in line with what the work actually takes. Speed counts when leaks start during a wet season and communication keeps owners updated on when materials arrive and how long the crew will be on site. DIRT Score 4.66 from 42 reviews on Finds.

“Weather-Tech renewed my flat roof. The price was extremely competitive and fair. Scheduling was easy, the work was completed promptly, and was of the highest quality. Jesus, who performed the work, arrived early each day, kept me advised on the progress, and left everything after completion in immaculate condition. I highly recommend the company.”

“Joe Harris’s team did a great job on our tile roof underlayment replacement. Full team works with a rhythm that makes it efficient. They are obviously professionals! They were very neat about keeping the worksite clean also. We have a small dog, so cleanup was nightly and with a magnet in the dog-used areas. Highly recommend this company!”

“1st...let me say my husband and I have some experience with roofing and construction, having built a house and completely renovated a 2nd one. We've done research on proper roofing techniques. We called Weather-Tech Roofing after checking references from other roofers and from Yelp reviews and reading their website info. Bottom line... Excellent work! Here's some details... Joe, Jimmy and team did an awesome job of 1) inspecting our leaky flat patio roof and providing an estimate 2) fitting our repairs into their schedule within a couple days 3) doing a thorough and excellent repair...removing the existing defective roof, replacing rotted plywood, installing base layer membrane, then roofing and sealing all the seams. They added slope where appropriate to direct water to the roof drain sc”

“If I could give 10 stars I would! After searching for someone to redo our roof, we decided to go with Weather Tech Roofing. We loved Their knowledge about roofs, their pricing, and worked with our schedule. Our roof is large and multi level, so finding someone who could meet our needs was important. Joe was extremely helpful and came out in a timely manner. He explained everything in detail and we went over pricing. I highly recommend this company for any of your roofing needs. Thank you for such an amazing job!”

“Highly recommend them! They did a great job. Estimate was reasonable and work was done quickly. Very easy to work with! Thank you!”

“Joe at Weather-Tech Roofing did a great job on our flat roof. He inspected it, offered a proposal along with photos, and pricing was very fair for the scope of work. We agreed on a week to do the work, he was willing to it sooner, but we had a scheduling issue. Work was done without any issues. Joe provided pictures of the finished roof, it looks great. The crew even touched up the paint on our chimney. We appreciated that extra touch. This was certainly one of the better experiences we have had with a contractor at this house.”

“Weather Tech Roofing was great to work with. Joe responded quickly to my request for a quote for maintenance coating of my flat roof. He shared photos before and after his work. A confidence builder and super helpful as the maintenance and repairs were on a rental propertly. Small repairs/patching were included. Joe was extremely responsive throughout the project and took the extra time to help out with a repair of my eve. His pricing was competitive. His contracting and billing online was very easy. I would recommend Weather Tech Roofing to anyone who needs a roofing repair company. Thank you Joe!”
