HD Roofing & Construction LLC

HD Roofing & Construction LLC operates from Conway, TX and sticks to roofing work on both houses and commercial buildings. The local climate brings strong sun that bakes shingles and sudden storms that tear at edges and flashings, so the crew stays ready for those common issues. They show up for inspections that catch small problems before water gets inside, handle targeted repairs on damaged spots, and take on full replacements when the old roof has reached the end of its life. Homeowners in the area deal with fading materials and wind lift on a regular basis, and this outfit focuses on getting solid coverage back in place without dragging things out.

The company handles residential roof repairs after leaks appear, complete replacements on worn structures, and routine inspections for both homes and larger commercial sites. Crews work through the steps of removing old layers when needed, installing new underlayment and shingles or metal panels, and sealing all edges to keep water out. In Conway the jobs often involve fixing wind damage or replacing sections hit by hail, along with upgrades on industrial buildings that need tougher systems to handle heavy use. They keep the process straightforward by checking the roof first, laying out the options in plain terms, and moving forward once the homeowner or manager agrees on the scope.

Customers keep coming back because the work holds up through the seasons, the crews show up when they say they will, and the pricing stays in line with what gets delivered. Clear updates during the job cut down on surprises, and the quality of the finished roof means fewer callbacks for the same problems. Speed on smaller repairs and steady communication on bigger projects stand out in the feedback. DIRT Score 4.91 from 172 reviews on Finds.

“I am so grateful for HD Roofing and construction. After being told by our insurance company they would not cover the cost Nathan came out and did a walk through and began to advocate that a new roof was the only way! He spoke to the insurance company, provided clear and honest information for us on this new experience! Job was done in 1 day and pictures were sent of our beautiful new roof. Communication was super quick and the entire process was so much less stressful once HD Roofing got involved! Thank you so much for your expertise!”

“Jared gave me a great price and got his team over the following week after I called. He stayed in touch when we had incoming weather informing me they would get it done the following day. Installation only took half a day to put gutters around the whole house, and he called the same evening to make sure everything looked good. Would highly recommend.”

“I recently had HD Roofing repair a gutter and replace my entire roof and they did a fantastic job! Jarod went above and beyond in helping me with the decision making process, getting the prices where I needed them to be, communicating efficiently and overseeing the entire project. I'd highly recommend HD roofing to anyone needing a new roof and definitely talk to Jarod!”

“I contacted three roofing companies within ten minutes one day in June. One company called me a week later, measured the roof in July, and has yet (February) to call me with the quote. One company was dismissive of me and said they'd call when they were able to--which was October. Then there was HD Roofing. Nathan responded to me within an HOUR of my initial call. He did his measurements, and he spoke honestly with me about the status of our roof. He worked closely with me, patiently giving me time and answering my questions. He made sure we had what we wanted and remained responsive throughout the whole purchase and installation. Call HD Roofing. Great people. Very competitive pricing. Solid workmanship. Above all, they care about their customers.”

“I had an excellent experience with HD Roofing and Constructions. From the very beginning, their team was professional, respectful, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to explain the entire process while preparing an estimate for the carport project at my home, and their recommendations were honest and well thought out. What stood out the most was their customer service. They were very friendly, patient with my questions, and made sure I understood all my options before making any decisions. It’s clear they care about doing things right and treating customers with integrity. If you’re looking for a company that is reliable, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, I highly recommend them. Truly a great experience and excellent service from start to finish.”

“Jared of HD Roofing responded promptly to my email. He came to my home in southeast Arkansas at my convenience of time. He studied my need and quoted me fair market, his experience was impressive and I’m glad I committed. Today my gutters are up and match my home beautifully. It was all done in less than an hour. If you are needing 5 stars look no farther. Ask for Jared.”

“Can’t say enough about the service I received from Nathan Bolton. Answered on the first ring and was professional and informative from the get go. He came out to check on my room the same day and laid out all my options in the table. I learned a lot from him from his visit. I won’t be calling anyone else from now on and I appreciate everything he did for my family and household. Highly recommend!!”
