Not only was it a job well done (they even cleaned out the dryer line!), but they treated it with the same level of care they did when they replace the roof 15 years ago: very proactive communication and consultation; showed up on time, every time; had to complete a part of the job due to rain after I had already paid them and they tracked it and completed the final work without me having to chase them down.
