“man i’m still mad thinking about this… Ernest from All Star Siding, Windows & Roofing was honestly the worst experience i’ve had with any service ever. we had a time set, everything confirmed, and this guy shows up 3 HOURS late like my whole day isn’t important. no text no call no nothing...i called thrice but no answer, and also not responded to voicemail and then it gets worse… he starts “installing” the windows and i’m watching like bro what are you even doing… next thing i know he breaks two of my windows. TWO. and the way he acted like it’s not his problem just made me even angrier. no sorry, no owning up, just trying to rush through it like i wouldn’t notice. the whole thing felt unprofessional, careless, disrespectful… honestly i regret even letting him touch my house. i wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone, especially not with Ernest showing up and causing chaos. never again”

Fast forward Jan 2024- half of a refund and no product. We are out $10,700. Owner is full of excuses, could never show proof of order ever placed. Moving forward with lawsuit.”

The quality of the siding is excellent and the installation contractors were very professional ... the material and labor warranties are the best in this industry as well ... BUT ... what sold us on choosing ALL STAR as the provider of this service was the financing provided (full contract price financed 0% interest for 12 months) ... the whole deal was a win-win-win situation for us ... SO ... When we needed a new roof on the house, we called ALL STAR ... we were considering a standing seam metal roof and we found that metal was only 1.5 times what a composition roof would cost us ... YET ... a composition roof held a 25 year warranty while the metal roof was warranted for a lifetime ... we had the standing seam metal installed with no regrets ... the curb appeal on our house is very becoming (we receive lots of complements) thanks to ALL STAR !!!”
