Ja-Mar Roofing & Sheet Metal - Corpus Christi

Ja-Mar Roofing & Sheet Metal operates out of Corpus Christi, Texas, where they focus on roofing and sheet metal work for local homes. The company takes on full roof replacements along with targeted repairs that address water intrusion problems. Crews show up ready to handle the job from start to finish while keeping the property clean and respecting the homeowner's space. They wait for the right materials when needed instead of rushing incomplete fixes, and they stick to the schedule they lay out upfront. This approach fits the demands of coastal Texas roofing, where storms and salt air create constant wear on homes.

Their work covers roof replacements that involve removing old materials and installing new ones with attention to the final look, plus sheet metal tasks that seal leaks around edges and vents. On one job, technician Lane walked through every step with the homeowners, explained the reasons behind each action, and shared practical tips from his experience on the job. Another crew handled a water intrusion issue for Gabriel by waiting until materials arrived and then completing the entire repair in a single day. For Tina, the team arrived on time daily during a full replacement, covered plants to protect them from debris, and left the site clean at the end of each shift. Letha noted that they show up when promised and finish when promised, which keeps projects moving without delays.

Homeowners in Corpus Christi give them top marks for the quality of the finished roofs and the way crews handle every detail without cutting corners. Response speed stands out because they get crews out quickly and complete work efficiently once materials are on hand. Pricing comes in fair based on the scope of repairs and replacements, with no surprises after the initial discussion. Communication stays clear throughout, as seen when Lane took time to explain the process and when crews kept property owners updated on daily progress. These consistent results build trust for repeat work and referrals in the area. DIRT Score 4.24 from 14 reviews on Finds.
