“Pinnacle Roofing Systems replaced parapet caps and attempted to stop leaks on a small roof section in late summer/fall 2023. It appears they did an acceptable job on most of the parapet caps over the majority of the house. The small roof in the back, however, has been an ongoing issue. We've had continued leaks (in the same places they were before they did any work) and after several attempts of finding the leaks with water tests with no luck, their tone changed. It seems as soon as the job wasn't clear cut and they felt they'd spent enough time on it, they demanded more money if they were to come back out. I ended up systematically applying sealant until I found at least one of the leaks in their work (an unsealed seam in the 40 mil PVC membrane). We tried getting the problems resolved through the Best Business Bureau. It took Pinnacle around 3 months to even reply to the BBB's correspondence. Even so, if you go to the BBB's site, you'll see that Pinnacle still has an A+ rating. If you're considering using Pinnacle, look at the complaints section of their listing on the BBB. “They replaced our shingle roof 5.5 yrs ago and it started developing leaks. Upon inspection, there were numerous issues that were from poor installation practices. Reused flashing, no plastic cement in areas that should have been, etc. These are just a few of the pictures… I called to have them come out and look at the areas identified. Was told it was past the 5 yr warranty and they’d get me on the schedule. A month later and have not heard from them. Already had another reputable company come and fix their shoddy work. Would not allow them back on my roof!”

She has had issue after issue with little to no help, response or accountability from Pinnacle Roofing. So many areas of damage and poor workmanship when it should have been done right the first time. Even now, knowing it wasn’t done correctly, they won’t fix it. She now has to figure out a way to have a complete re-roof…. Second one in 5 years. Disgraceful.”
