“We engaged this company to perform repairs on our roof, but the work completed was not satisfactory. The roof continues to leak, and a fallen rafter—which should have been properly addressed—was shingled over instead. Additionally, the team cut a hole in our interior ceiling in an attempt to locate the leak and did not return to complete the necessary repairs. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, we have not received any response. Based on our experience, we are disappointed with both the quality of the workmanship and the lack of follow-up. *** The repairs were not done properly, our roof continues to leak. With the drought it’s been very challenging to know whether the work was done properly. At this time our roof is still leaking. I have contacted 5-6 time this past week with zero returned messages or calls. We have also seen an increase in moisture within our home and have contacted multiple companies who claim the roof was not done properly. All we ask is for reliable craftsmanship and this company has failed to provide that.”

“First off, I was impressed with Rise Roofing’s marketing skills, we have a 3 story townhome and it was difficult to tell if we had any damage from the recent storms. Rise roofer provided a drone image of our roof and left it on our door. We were going in circles with our insurance company and so we decided to just get a quote from Rise. After comparing quotes with our neighbors, we found that Rise had the lowest quote. Since it was difficult to deal with the insurance company, let alone it would take them awhile to approve it, we decided to pay out of pocket since there were more storms in the forecast. We worked with Brad and he was AMAZING. He walked us through the insurance process as it was our first time putting in a claim and had no idea what to do. Since we decided to move forward with paying out of pocket, Brad was still communicative even after getting our business. Everyday he called us to give us a status update on the process.
