J R Roofing And Exteriors

J R Roofing And Exteriors works out of Cottonwood, TX handling roofing jobs for houses across the area. The local climate brings long hot stretches that bake shingles and metal panels along with sudden downpours that test every seam. Homeowners here regularly face leaks after storms or wear from the sun that shortens roof life. This crew stays busy with those exact problems using straightforward repairs and replacements that match what the weather dishes out. They cover the main roofing types found on local homes without adding extra layers that trap heat.

They handle full roof replacements when old coverings fail inspection along with targeted repairs on damaged sections and complete roof inspections to catch issues early. Insurance claim work comes up often after hail or wind events common in Texas. Crews show up to assess flat roofs on outbuildings or tile and shingle setups on main houses then lay out the steps needed to get things watertight again. Metal roofs get attention too when expansion from heat causes problems. The focus stays on matching the right material to the house and weather exposure so the job lasts through another round of summer heat and winter freezes.

Customers give steady marks for getting jobs done on time without dragging out the process and for clear updates on what needs fixing next. Quality shows in how the new sections hold up after the first big rain and prices stay in line with what the work actually requires. Reviews point to reliable crews that explain options without pressure and follow through on the details. DIRT Score 4.62 from 72 reviews on Finds.

“We called the office and JR scheduled a time for an estimate quickly. We knew we needed the entire roof to be reroofed. He was friendly and knowledgeable and explained all the products and the procedure with us. His price was great and we hired them to replace our roof. Communication was good throughout the entire process. Clean up was immaculate and it looked like no one had ever been there. The roof looks great and we would definitely recommend JR roofing to anyone who needs roof work done.”

“I recently hired JR Roofing to handle roof replacements on two of my properties in Show Low. I couldn't be more impressed with the results. From the initial consultation to the final cleanup, their service was top-notch. I interviewed 3 companies overall and found JR and Team to be the best option. Communication was a major standout for me—I was kept in the loop every step of the way, which made managing two projects at once completely stress-free. On top of the excellent service, their pricing was very fair and competitive. One huge factor for me was their warranty; they offer the best warranty on shingled roofs I’ve come across which delivers peace of mind long after I'll be gone... If you want quality work, honest pricing, and peace of mind, I highly recommend JR Roofing! Phil H”

“We looked at about 6 different roofers when we decided to get a new roof for our 30-year old roof in Phoenix. From the very beginning, everyone on their team was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer our questions and made us feel confident that our home was in good hands. The crew was exceptional—every single person worked tirelessly from the moment they arrived until the job was done. Not once did we see anyone standing around; everyone had a purpose and took pride in their work. “Experience with JR was just awesome from the start. I did a lot of homework and engaged with several roofing companies. I was so disappointed with dealing with “salesmen” who knew nothing about the details of replacing a roof. JR was thorough in the initial inspections, clearly laying out what is damaged, what and how repairs will be done and what critical items need to be addressed. The crew was great, very helpful in letting us know what they are doing and how the job was going. They did a great job, and cleanup was great as well, could not even tell they were here”

“I needed to get a new roof on my house before I could get Solar before the end of the year. JR Roofing gave me the best Customer Service and most conscientious work on my roof. They were timely and got my roof taken care of within two weeks! They were able to find and fix long-term problems that had to do with my HVAC system, as well. They also gave me the best quote. I recommend JR Roofing highly.”

“JR ROOFING did an excellent job on my home's roof. I had a difficult issue with a skylight. One of the owners worked patiently with me on until, after much effort on his part, I ended up with a finished result far superior to what I had hoped for. The work crews were polite, professional, hardworking and cleaned up their work site daily. I placed my trust in JR ROOFING when I chose them over others I considered and I'm glad I did. They not only earned that trust but now they have my loyalty too.”

“Excellent customer service, very affordable, quality work, and it only took 1.5 days from start to finish for the crew to complete a full roof replacement. JR stayed in contact with us throughout the entire process, and completed a thorough inspection after. He made sure to show and explain to us each item the roof needed, so we knew exactly what we were getting. They even painted the wind turbines to match the roof.”

“Jr was great, very descriptive and explained the process. He was helpful with the insurance policy to move forward. Walked me through step by step and offered details on what would improve my roof with no added cost. Showed up to inspect after the roof was installed and cleaned up any extra nails that were missed. 10/10 recommend”
