SECURED ROOFING LLC

SECURED ROOFING LLC works as a local roofing company based in Cottonwood, Texas. They handle roofing projects for homes and stay licensed, bonded, and insured according to details from their site. The crew focuses on the roofing trade in this part of the state, where houses face regular exposure to sun, wind, and seasonal storms that wear down shingles and underlayment over time. Homeowners contact them for straightforward roof work that keeps properties protected without extra layers of sales talk. Their setup suits the needs of Cottonwood residents who want a direct crew that shows up and handles the job on existing structures.

Roofing crews like this one deal with common issues in Texas towns such as heat buildup that cracks materials, sudden downpours that cause leaks around vents and valleys, and occasional hail that dents surfaces. They inspect roofs for weak spots, replace damaged sections with durable shingles suited to the climate, seal flashings to stop water entry, and put on full new roofs when older ones reach the end of their life. Work often starts with a site visit to measure and assess the pitch and decking, followed by removal of old layers if needed, then installation that matches local codes. This approach helps prevent bigger problems like attic damage or mold that can hit fast in humid spells after heavy rain.

Customers give them solid marks across reviews for getting jobs done on time, keeping work areas clean, and charging fair rates without surprise add-ons. The team communicates clearly about what needs fixing and sticks to schedules even during busy seasons. These habits add up to steady feedback on reliable results that hold up in local weather. “JJ's team did an excellent, detailed, job replacing the roof on our house. This included double-layer padding, attractive flat vents, and even removing the old antenna and satellite dish. They also replaced some of the wood and facia on the back back porch. We are very pleased and highly recommended Secured Roofing LLC.”

“These guys did an amazing job, quick with clean lines, quality materials, and detail orientated. I would recommend them again and again.”

“Surebuild Roofing was fantastic. They arrived right on time, worked quickly and were very professional. I appreciated their honesty and reliable communication throughout the whole roof repair. The crew was punctual, clean and answered all my questions. I would definitely call them again for any roof installation near me or roof storm damage repair.”

“In October 2024 I purchased a picture window from David Kammer who was working for Graham Building Co/Surebuild. The receipt shows that I purchased an Anlin window. There is now a problem with the window and Anlin has a limited lifetime warranty. I have attempted several times to contact the company and David Kammer with no response. So I called Anlin windows. They researched and stated that neither Graham Building, Sure Build nor Mr. Kammer are or have been Anlin dealers and they have no record of the purchase of a picture window between August and October. I’m thinking that I was scammed. I will be filing a complaint with the attorney general. Note: I have read the response from Sure Build and the email address is invalid and obviously the phone number is fictional. They must think this”

“JJ and his team were professional and very easy to work. JJ went above and beyond to ensure my property was taken care of and I’ll be using his services again for other needs. Grateful.”
