Autograph Construction came in and dealt with the insurance company to help me get my home protected from the elements. The new roof is upgraded from the three tab I had before and looks amazing. She met the adjuster, dealt with my insurance, and managed every step of the process. Angela is punctual and has excellent follow through skills. “I can’t say enough good things about Andy Marshall with Autograph Construction. After a wind and hail storm a while back, he was recommended by my neighbor. Despite the fact that State Farm was initially only willing to pay for minor repairs, he got me a whole new roof for very little out of pocket. The independent inspection and appraisal process took about 6 months, but it was certainly worth the wait. My new roof is being installed today and I couldn’t be happier. “My husband went to Angie's list to find someone to repair three fence gates. Autograph responded and sent a representative to our home to assess and provide us with an estimate. The representative was a very polite, professional young man. He earned the company the one star. The problem is either this company didn't read the request or they were planning to upsell us on a new roof. I stepped inside while the young man was taking pictures of the fence. The next thing I knew he was on our roof taking pictures! Why? His response was that was his job to take pictures from all angles including aerial views. Who needs aerial views to repair fences? For all we knew, he could be damaging the roof so the company could "repair" it, or he could be taking pictures of our neighbors' roofs to drum up business. Regardless, I would never use this company. They are clearly dishonest. When I called the office to give them the benefit of the doubt and for them to explain their process, I got voicemail. I left a message and as requested I sent a text. They never responded.That told me everything I needed. They may be good roofers but their tactics are deceitful. Use them at your own risk.”

“Update, Angela is so amazing, I called her to see if she could take a look at my roof due to an Inspection (I am selling my house) She texted me back within the hour and had someone at my house within days, they fixed all the little items the new buyers asked about and sent me the invoice showing this was all under warranty , I cant say enough good things about how great it has been working with Angela, I highly recommend her and her company to anyone who needs a great roofer. my last post Angela with Autograph construction is so amazing, she took care of everything for me, she helped me all along the way, I recently got a leak in my roof, I called her and she had someone out there within 24 hours, it was still under warranty so it did not cost me a cent. He recently did a job for my buyer where they had to go into the attic and repair separating rafters due to some foundation challenges. The top of the roof was "squiggly" before their work. They refurbished the exterior of my mobile home (which has it's surprises for sure) with new roof decking and shingles, new hardy board siding, new windows, relocated a door opening, and a covered patio. There were a few hick ups with window and door sizes but, they made good on everything in a timely manner and even upgraded my windows and doors! the upgrade in the quality of windows and french door was so great. They made sure I was completely happy before they walked off my property.”
