TC Roofing and Restorations

TC Roofing and Restorations runs as a locally owned roofing contractor out of the Dallas area. They handle roof replacements, roof repairs, hail and wind damage restoration, insurance claim support, commercial roofing, solar roof systems, siding, seamless gutters, gutter guards, windows, painting, fences, and garage doors. The company has operated in the Dallas-Fort Worth region since 2018 and sticks to local work instead of chasing storms. They cover Dallas, Fort Worth, Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Allen, Arlington, Irving, and Rockwall.

Customers call them for full roof replacements after hail storms and tornado damage, fence rebuilds, solar panel removal and reinstallation, and siding fixes. Reviewers name Kyle Pippins as the project manager who added specific instructions to work orders and checked the site to protect landscaping. Others mention Matt handling fence projects with city and HOA requirements, Jenny and Tom walking through insurance claims from start to finish, and Noah and Omar giving straight answers on repairs. Jobs often involve steep roofs finished in a single day or homes hit by storms where the crew managed both the roof and attached solar setups.

They respond quickly after storms, keep customers updated with texts and calls, and give competitive quotes without pressure. Reviewers note the team works Monday through Friday from nine to five, Saturday until four, and stays closed on Sunday. Service stays inside the listed North Texas cities with crews that show up on schedule and handle the paperwork on insurance jobs.

The company holds a five-star Google rating from one hundred ninety reviews. Reviewers keep bringing up fast response after storms, clear communication from named crew members, honest assessments, and clean job sites on both roof and fence work.

“TC Roofing earned this review. I’ve had my roof done twice before, so I’m not new to this process. When I first chose TC Roofing, they were just another roofing company to me, and if I’m being real, I went in with a healthy dose of skepticism. I checked their Google profile and saw a perfect 5-star rating, but sometimes that can make you wonder a little 😄 I needed to experience it for myself before making any judgments. Now that the job is complete, I can say the experience was a really good one. I'm a very punctual person and when I first met their sales guy he brought over Kyle Pippins. I told them that I do a lot of meetings and in order for them to meet me they need to schedule my time. I also asked them that when they schedule me to please be on time, whether it's on the phone or in person. Kyle was always on time, that right there meant that he respected me, and in return, I appreciated him. He was excellent from the beginning all the way through the final walkthrough. Communication matters to me, and even when we had a few minor hiccups along the way (which happens in just about any project like this), they never disappeared, never got defensive, and continued to walk m”

“I can’t say enough good things about TC Roofing! Johana and Buck were incredible throughout the entire process. They helped me file my insurance claim, handled all the details, and kept me updated every step of the way. TC made everything so easy and stress free. The entire experience was smooth, convenient, and professional from start to finish. Getting a new roof felt surprisingly simple thanks to them. I highly recommend TC Roofing to anyone looking for a company that truly takes care of its customers!”

“Could not have made it through the 15 month long insurance battle without this company. If you need a company that does quality work AND are insurance experts, 100% recommend this company.”

“Recently had my roof replaced due to hail damage. I was stressed about the project due to bad experiences from past roof replacements, i.e. landscaping/garden damage and trash left behind. Kyle Pippins was the project manager and he added my concerns into the work order and followed through to see everything was done. I would use TC Roofing in the future.”

“I had an excellent experience with TC Roofing and Restoration and would definitely give them 5 stars! My project manager, Kyle Pippins, was amazing from beginning to end. He kept me informed throughout the roof replacement, explained the timeline, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was completed as promised. His professionalism and communication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Thank you, Kyle and the TC Roofing and Restoration team!”

“This roofing company was. Or only quick to respond….but did excellent work. If you need a quality roofer….TC!!!”

“It was a real pleasure working with Omar. Appreciate his honest and kind attitude towards guiding us through this process.”

“Shout out to TC Roofing for making a roof replacement be an actually pleasant & exciting experience. I purposefully waited to entertain the thought of replacing my roof after our major hail storm. I did not want to work with the out of town "storm chasing" roofers. When Kyle Pippins from TC Roofing came to our door though, I could immediately tell he was one of the good ones. He was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly he didn't give me the salesman "pushiness." Throughout the whole experience, Kyle made himself available to answer my many questions. I actually would call Kyle a friend at this point. From start to finish it was a great experience. TC Roofing hosted a party the day of the build. They had food, gave away prizes, and had games for the kids. A surprisingly fun day. They were very thorough in tarping the yard (including the pool), and took a good amount of time afterwards cleaning up all debris and rogue nails. Build teams was also friendly and professional. The biggest help was their middle-man help between me and insurance. They walked me through the options of making sure insurance didn't short us what we needed. Can't wait for the next hail storm ”

“TC Roofing is my go-to trusted roofing company. I am in Real Estate and have trusted them to take care of my clients for several years. They always provide top notch service, and they get the job done quickly. They always communicate and do what they say they will do. They just replaced my roof on my personal home and I could not be happier. If you are looking for someone to take care of you roofing needs, look no further.”

“Excellent customer service, quality of work and someone you can trust from start to finish. TC Roofing repaired my home twice. Once after damage from a tornado and again after a major hailstorm. They were there throughout the entire process both times and made it stress free for me.”

“Super steep, full roof job done impeccably, in one day, with constant communication, efficiency and a commitment to excellence. Honest and competitive quote, knowledgeable, high-quality materials and service executed beyond expectation! Jenny, Tom, Eli, Fernando and their entire crew are professional, exceptional and the best in the business! Highly recommend TC Roofing!”

“TC Roofing, Restorations, and Solar was great. They provided outstanding customer service. I had the best experience with Matt, who was reachable at all times. He walked us through the entire claim process, was very honest and transparent, and provided the best quote. They had a difficult job of not only having to replace the roof but they had to also take down my solar panels and reinstall them in a more efficient area. The previous company placed them in a horrible spot because my roof is very steep. The quality of their work exceeded expectations, and they finished the project on schedule. Communication throughout was excellent, addressing all concerns promptly. They also provided pictures throughout the installation of the roof and solar panels. I highly recommend TC Roofing, Restorations, and Solar for their expertise and top-notch service.”

“Great Experience Brooklin was an absolute pleasure to work with extremely helpful and understanding Noah went above and beyond with making sure we were taken care and understood the process, and happy with the results”

“We got hit by a tornado around October, so we had to redo our fence. We wanted to do an automatic fence so I reached out to around 5 top rated contractors in DFW area. Out of all of the quotes that I got Matt from TC roofing provided the most competitive price. I went through his Google reviews and it all looked good so we decided to proceed with him. Matt and his team were very friendly and professional. He worked with the city, HOA and everything else so we didn't had to worry about anything. His work turned out to be really good and he saved us a decent amount of money. I'd recommend Matt and TC roofing to anyone who is looking for fence/ roofing or anything else that his company can provide! Thank you Matt :)”

“Our home was hit by the hail storm on 5/19/23 and we were highly recommended to contract TC Roofing by some of our Twin Creek neighbors. And we are happy we chose them instead of the many that knocked on our door . It was our first time filing a claim and Jenny and Tom made the process so easy. They both met with us and helped us from begin to end. They are very involved in every step. When our roof was being done , they both came on site to supervise and we are super satisfied with the roof and color that was recommended by Jenny. What I admired the most is the kind of attention we got from Jenny, text messages and phone calls were answered right away that I almost felt I was their only customer. I highly recommend TC Roofing ? they really know their business and provide A+ service!”

“Excellent company sevice!! Noah Carr is an excellent project manager!!”

“Best team ever! Worked with our insurance company until they covered everything! Took a while and they never gave up. So lucky we choose them. I had no idea how much is involved besides replacing the roof. I would give them 10 stars if I could. So professional and detailed. And the final on everything was stellar. I would say they are artisans not roofers!”

“Our experience with TC Roofing was excellent. They provided very fast response time after a storm, provided a thorough and honest assessment of the condition of our roof (no upselling), and offered us good options to choose from. Pricing was very good, and the repair workers were polite and professional. Communication was both proactive and frequent, and the quality of work is excellent. Highly recommended.”
