“Great experience with Texas Premier Roofing. I would give ten stars if I could. Our roof was replaced exactly one month after a bad hail storm hit Abilene area on March 10th. We have done several improvements to our property inside the house and to the yard since we move in more than a decade ago. Therefore, we dealt with multiple contractors over time. This roofing company was a superior top-notch experience from the moment we met a project manager Andre Quintana to the work completion. He is a professional, motivated, always available, very well organized and approachable person. Truly exceptional asset to the company. He guided us through the entire insurance claim process and was present when adjustor arrived to assess damage. The crew to do the roof replacement arrived at 6 AM and clean up was finished at 8:30PM. They installed Class 4 shingles that more resilient to bad weather that regular class 3. “We had a great experience with Texas Premier Roofing from the start to the finish of our house roof and sheds after hail storm damage. Alex Bradley came to our home and fully accessed the damage. We were able to contact our insurance to report the damage with a quality assessment and pictures from flying a drone overhead as well as walking the roof. Alex came back to our house to meet with the adjuster to walk through the damage. Alex then scheduled our job with the replacement crew who arrived early, on time and finished the house in a day. Alex was onsite during the replacement to oversee the crew to ensure quality and satisfaction. Once removing the shingles, they found we had layers of felt. Alex contacted the adjuster to make adjustments to the claim for us documenting with pictures. Alex and the company were professional and did good work without cutting corners.
