“Such a great experience with Tom and Presidio! Living room ceiling started dripping water when the ice from the last freeze started to thaw. It was strange because we had a previous roofing company do repairs 2 years prior. Called Presidio, got a human being on the line immediately and they put us on the schedule to have someone out to take a look in 2 days. Tom calls the next day offering to come take a look so we didn't have to wait. Sees where the previous roofing company did a sub-par job which just exacerbated the leak issue. Tom was thorough and straightforward and showed us everything that needed repairs. Got a quote quickly and was able to schedule the repair quickly as well. They did a fabulous job, communicating clearly with us the whole way. Hands down will stick with Presidio for any other future roofing needs and highly recommend them.”
