“Evan came out to assess a concern with my roof. I'd had 3 other contractors out previously to assess and give me bids and each one wanted to sell me an extensive repair job. One of them still hasn't sent me a bid as promised and that's been 3 weeks ago now. Evan with Texas Legacy came out right on time as promised and offered a completely different perspective. He assured me the roof needed no repairs. He did provide photo evidence that 6 of my 7 plumbing vents need replacing because the rubber gasket/seal was rotted away. The other roofers only said 1 or 2 were bad, but Evan's photos showed there were 6 that were bad - which I subsequently verified. “Evan was AWESOME! We were in a tight spot as we sold our home and a home inspector called out some concerns he had with a roof jack that was cracked. His caused an addendum to be added to our contract that stated that this item needed to be repaired by a certified roofer before close. I was fortunate enough to have called Texas Legacy Roofing. Evan came right out to access the situation and honestly I would have paid what ever the amount was to complete the repair. As it turns out the inspector was wrong! What he identified as a cracked boot jack was not the case, what he called out as a cracked roof jack was nothing more than the paint that had cracked. Evan sent us close up photos verifying that the boot jack was in perfect condition. He could have charged me to install a new roof jack but he didn’t!!! If you want an honest company Texas Legacy is your best choice. Lastly I tried to pay him for his time and the inspection but he wouldn’t take it!!!!”

They walked me through all the damage, explained in detail what was going to happen and the time frame from start to finish.
