“This was a great experience from start to finish. Everyone has been so nice and so helpful. I definitely know more about doors than I ever thought I needed. To the gal who sold us the door (sorry I forgot you name) was so sweet and easy to talk to. Brent was great with quality, keeping us in the loop and the installers were quick and very tidy. “Had one of these men stop by & offer consult on windows. Had a guy out the next day (Slater) to sit down, talk over the options, & get the ball moving. Slater has been incredibly helpful & we are now in the works for getting the siding done as well (there’s a discount for return customers). Everyone has gone above & beyond. The window installers, Dimitri & Pavel, were here at 8 am and stayed until 9 pm to finish the job (they were scheduled for 2 days but I was thrilled they were able to get it done in 1). “The guys from Endeavor showed up when they said they would, they did exactly the work I hired them for, and they did an excellent job in just a few hours. The front door that came with this house had a bunch of issues. The threshold had rotted away underneath, the door itself didn’t make a great seal even when fully closed, and there was a draft coming in around the frame. Plus there was a crack in the glass window in the top half of the door. (And the sunlight coming through that glass at a specific time of day acted like it was being focused through a magnifying glass… so I wanted a front door without a sunbeam laser.)
