“I’ve had Ark perform multiple inspections for me and each time was a positive and educational experience. I appreciate all of the pictures they provide and them discussing the details at length. Most recently Aimee performed an inspection and then promptly came out again to inspect a Pipe Jack that was damaged by other work being done on the house, resulting in a leak during a heavy storm. Aimee was able to provide a solution to my leak which brought me peace of mind and provided me space to make a decision on how to proceed with a longer term fix. I would certainly consider Ark again should I have other repairs or need a new roof.”
