“Michael, Will and Waypoint Roofing are the reason we have a new roof covered by insurance!! When State Farm refused to pay for damage to our roof caused by hail that Waypoint clearly and thoroughly outlined in their report, Michael urged us to take it to appraisal and the wonderful appraiser that he works with won our case! In fact, State Farm’s *own* appraiser even awarded us more money than what our appraiser asked for, which shows you just how off State Farm was to deny our claim! Waypoint has a great track record when they go to appraisal and we are living proof of it. Another roofer that we tried working with gave up and ghosted us when they learned that insurance wouldn’t cover anything. Without Michael, we would not have known that we could appeal and that our contract includes a right to appraisal (remember that if your company denies you!). Our roof looks fantastic and we have updated gutters. The crew worked quickly and cleaned everything up so nearly you would never have known that anyone had been working on our roof! Will was also extremely responsive and kept in touch throughout the process and provided frequent updates so we knew what to expect. I really can’t say enough good things about Waypoint and Michael and Will. The entire process took 7 months because of State Farm’s intransigence but they stuck it out and stayed with us throughout the entire process and we prevailed. So thank you SO MUCH to them!!! If you want someone in your corner, definitely consider Waypoint!!”
