“The owner of Dependable Roofing wouldn’t ever give me an invoice or warranty paperwork after completing the work, despite numerous requests. When the roof started dripping tar onto my patio (which has ruined my patio), he told me it was a manufacturer problem and to work with them, which I couldn’t without the paperwork. He wouldn’t help me at all, couldn’t even tell me the product/line he used. Now I have to pay to have it redone, when it’s still under warranty. I also had numerous leaks (which he did fix) and granules washing off the roof and clogging my pool vacuum for about 2 years. Buyer beware!”

Dependable is a busy company with lots of work. They still got our roof scheduled quickly. Everyone showed up on time and worked really hard.
