Heroes Roofing & Construction LLC

Heroes Roofing & Construction LLC operates out of El Paso, Texas as a local roofing crew that handles roof replacements and restoration work for homeowners dealing with storm damage or leaks. They stay rooted in the neighborhoods they serve and know how the desert heat and sudden rains wear down shingles and underlayment over time. The outfit also takes on solar panel coordination and interior fixes when water gets through, keeping the process direct from the first inspection onward. They focus on getting roofs solid again without turning every job into a bigger headache than it needs to be.

Roof replacements form the core of what they do, along with sealing leaks that show up as ceiling stains inside. Jeremy handled a case where another crew wanted to pull solar panels at high cost, but he found a way to inspect and repair without that step. On one job Daniel Vasquez had both the roof swapped out and the water-damaged interior sections fixed in the same stretch. Crews show up on time, cover their tracks, and leave the yard clean even when dogs have dug around the work area. They move fast once the go-ahead comes and keep homeowners updated on each phase.

Customers give top marks for the solid finish on the roofing itself and how the team ties in the fixes without extra layers of hassle. Response times land in a good range for most calls, and the pricing stays reasonable once the scope is clear. Communication holds steady from start to finish, with techs like Jeremy answering questions on the spot and crews staying polite throughout. That steady record on quality and follow-through builds the overall rating. DIRT Score 4.93 from 122 reviews on Finds.

“Loved the experience with heroes roofing. They did an amazing job on having my roof replaced. Service was quick. Kept great communication. Not only did they do my roof, but also took care of repairing the interior water damage. Will highly recommend.”

“Heros delivered a precise attention both before and after. Jeremy was attentive to what we needed, knowledgeable, and able to answer all my questions. The workers were polite, punctual, deligent workers and picked up after themselves. They even covered some of the holes my dogs had dug in their dog run. I definitely recommend Heros Roofing.”

“I had water leaking through my ceiling and another roofer told me I’d probably need to remove my solar panels which was going to cost me thousands. I decided to call Heroes Roofing for a second opinion, and I’m glad I did. Jeremy came out immediately, inspected everything thoroughly, and quickly found the actual source of the leak without needing to remove the panels. Within just a few days, the team had everything repaired, and they did an amazing job. I also want to thank Damian, the owner, for personally checking in afterward to make sure everything was taken care of. That level of customer service really means a lot. If you’re looking for a company that’s honest, responsive, and truly cares about their customers, I highly recommend Heroes Roofing.”

“****Updated my review Set up appointment with Jeremy to fix my interior kitchen ceiling and assistant called and said day is not confirmed untill 5pm the day prior to schedule. Company policy is paid in full up front but cannot guarantee their scheduled time. I was issued a refund but Jeremy did not communicate that he ever sent a refund, so I was unaware it was sent. Then the owner texts me instead of calling. He should talk to me personally over the phone about what occurred with my refund and my scheduled repair that was never done. I would appreciate if a company representative could reach out to me and explain what happened as Jeremy won’t return my phone calls and I left two voicemails.”

“The owner and all his crew did an excellent job in our church roof that Cielo Vista Church recommends highly. This company has integrity in all they do. They helped us with the insurance claim and took care of all the details the insurance needed. The owner went out of their way fix an area at no cost. They provided the job on a timely manner and always super clean for our church to be ready for Sunday service. Thank you Heroes Roofing.”
