“****Updated my review Set up appointment with Jeremy to fix my interior kitchen ceiling and assistant called and said day is not confirmed untill 5pm the day prior to schedule. Company policy is paid in full up front but cannot guarantee their scheduled time. I was issued a refund but Jeremy did not communicate that he ever sent a refund, so I was unaware it was sent. Then the owner texts me instead of calling. He should talk to me personally over the phone about what occurred with my refund and my scheduled repair that was never done. I would appreciate if a company representative could reach out to me and explain what happened as Jeremy won’t return my phone calls and I left two voicemails.”
