Mak Roofing & Construction

Mak Roofing and Construction works out of El Paso where the desert heat and sudden storms hit roofs hard every year. Homeowners face constant sun exposure that bakes materials and leads to cracks along with occasional heavy downpours that test seals and drainage. The company focuses on roofing jobs that stand up to these conditions rather than quick fixes that fail in a season or two. El Paso properties often need attention to flat sections on commercial buildings and sloped residential roofs alike because the dry air and temperature swings wear everything down faster than in milder areas. This kind of work keeps water out and structures solid when the weather turns.

They handle residential and commercial roofing jobs that include full installation of shingle roofs along with tile options and GAF systems for better durability in the heat. Repair work covers leaks on flat roofs using HydroStop coatings and TPO membranes while spray foam applications add insulation against the extreme temperatures. Maintenance visits check for damage from wind or sun before small problems grow. The same crew takes on related tasks like window replacement stucco repairs and interior painting during bigger projects so homeowners get coordinated work instead of separate crews showing up at different times. Commercial sites get attention on larger surfaces where proper drainage and coatings prevent costly downtime from water intrusion.

Reviews highlight crews that show up on time finish what they start and leave sites clean without cutting corners on material quality. Homeowners note steady communication during jobs and roofs that hold up through the first summer without issues which matters in a market where shortcuts show up quick under the sun. This approach builds trust because roofing here is not just about looks but about stopping leaks before they damage insulation or interiors. DIRT Score 5.0 from 392 reviews on Finds.
