Manuel Ruiz Roofing & Construction Inc

Manuel Ruiz Roofing & Construction Inc handles roofing work in El Paso. The family owned company started in 1969 and now operates under grandsons Manuel Ivan Ruiz and Fernando Alexis Ruiz after earlier generations including Juan Manuel Ruiz and David Ruiz. They provide flat roofing, asphalt roofing and metal roofing options along with related construction tasks such as support pillar replacement, exterior door installation and painting. The business lists its address at 824 State Line Dr in Chaparral and keeps regular hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday plus Saturday mornings until noon.

Customers report roof replacements completed through insurance claims, quick assessments on short notice that produced bids and resolved insurance questions about damage or degraded shingles, and repairs that addressed visible problems plus hidden cracks and leaks found during the work. One job replaced support pillars along with a door and fresh paint while another inspection showed only targeted repairs were needed instead of a full replacement. Fernie handled an initial damage assessment that avoided an unnecessary claim, and Manuel Ruiz led an inspection that specified exact repairs and kept the total cost reasonable.

The company responds to requests on short notice, includes homeowners in decisions throughout the process, and keeps properties clean at the end of each day. Reviewers note clear explanations of every step from start to finish along with on time arrivals and steady progress that left roofs looking as good as new. Service reaches El Paso, Fort Worth and nearby areas with the same hours posted on the profile.

“Cannot say enough about how professional, caring, trustworthy, etc, etc this family owned business is. Replaced my roof 3-4 yrs ago now on an insurance claim and it was so gratifying that Mr. Manuel Ruiz took care of all the insurance dealings. Just had them back two weeks ago to replace support pillars, a new exterior door and new painting. Everything is clealy explained about the process for any job from start to finish. I highly recommend this company.”

“I used Manuel Ruiz Roofing & Construction Company over 17 years ago for my home's roofing needs. Years later I had to find a roofer that could work with my 91 year old father and his insurance company. I was on a limited timeline and hit a wall with his insurance company. The Ruiz family assessed the roof on short notice, drew up a bid and worked with the insurance company when they required additional proof of damage/degraded shingles. Their care and patience was evident from the start. They gained the trust of my father through including him in every decision. When the roof was completed they assisted wheeling (in a wheel chair) my father to the curb to see his beautiful new roof. They are a very complete organization and were also able to repair all the water damage for an addition to the home. There are not enough "thank you" for the peace of mind they have provided my family.”

“I recently hired Manuel Ruiz Roofing & Construction to address some significant issues with our roof that had been left in disrepair by the previous owners. Not only did they expertly fix the obvious problems, but they also identified hidden cracks and leaks that we weren't even aware of. Their team was incredibly efficient and completed all the repairs in just one day! The level of professionalism and expertise displayed by Manuel Ruiz Roofing & Construction is truly commendable. They communicated clearly throughout the entire process, keeping us informed of their progress and any additional findings. We were pleasantly surprised by their attention to detail and their commitment to ensuring the job was done right the first time. Thanks to Manuel Ruiz Roofing & Construction, our roof is now in excellent condition, and we have peace of mind knowing that our home is protected from the elements. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a reliable and trustworthy roofing company. They have certainly earned their five-star rating!”

“State Farm recommended this roofing company. Fernie came to look at the damages as he said. It turns out we won't need to file a claim. He explained things clearly and what needed to be fixed. It is amazing to find an HONEST contractor. I will definitely recommend Manuel Ruiz Roofing and Construction in the future. Thank you Fernie!”

“I went to my insurance company for help with my home roof, due to rain and wind damage. They sent Maunuel Ruiz of Manuel Ruiz Roofing and Construction to inspect my roof. The inspection was done and I was told by Mr. Ruiz what would be required. I expected the total replacement of the roof, but as it turned out only certain repairs were required. The price very reasonable and Mr. Ruiz explained very carefully what the repairs would be like. As much as had to be done, I contracted his company to do the repairs. He and his crew were on time and they did the work in a timely manner. Their work was done in a professional manner, and my roof looks as good as new. I was very satisfied that a new roof was not required. I highly recommend anyone needing roof repairs, to speak to this company as I believe they will do work to your satisfaction.”

“Extremely professional and s man of his word. His workers showed up when he said they would and they did everything he said they would do. I especially liked that at the end of each day his team would leave my property clean. I strongly recommend him.”
