Professional Roofers & Contractors

Professional Roofers & Contractors operates out of El Paso as a roofing outfit that takes on both residential homes and commercial buildings across the area. They focus on asphalt shingles, TPO systems, flat roofs, and related work like gutters plus interior repairs when leaks cause damage inside. The crew handles everything from quick fixes on mobile homes to full replacements on bigger structures, and they also cover military properties with EPDM or metal options. Homeowners in the region deal with intense sun and sudden storms that wear roofs down fast, so this kind of local roofing outfit steps in to keep buildings sealed tight without extra layers of hassle.

They inspect roofs first and show homeowners detailed photos of the damage before giving an estimate, like they did for Renslar Keagle where a senior discount helped close the deal. Owner Jerry oversees jobs and sends crews that finish new roofs in a single day while keeping things efficient, as Michael Ortega noted on his project. Margaret Daniell got a clear plan upfront with before and after shots after they fixed her roof promptly, and the same team handles recoats, skylight repairs, and cricket installations to stop water pooling. They work on shingle replacements or TPO installs for commercial spots too, always aiming to get the structure back to solid condition without dragging the timeline out.

Customers keep coming back because the work holds up under El Paso weather, crews show up fast when called, and they explain every step so nothing feels rushed or unclear. Reviews highlight solid quality on repairs that actually stop leaks, fair pricing with added discounts where it counts, and straightforward talk from start to finish on what needs doing. Even on bigger jobs like full roof management, the results match what was promised without corners cut. DIRT Score 4.98 from 76 reviews on Finds.

“Very professional company went over with us in detail on the work that needed to be done and showed us detailed photos of the roof damage. Gave us an estimate and then added a nice discount which as seniors we appreciated. The work was accomplished in one day as promised. After the work was complete, we were given before and after pictures and many photos of the work being done. Very much appreciated - I've never seen or heard of that. Excellent job at a fair price.”

“I had an excellent experience with this roofing company! The roof management was top-notch, ensuring everything went smoothly from start to finish. The owner, Jerry, was incredibly polite, professional, and easy to work with. His crew did an amazing job on my new roof, working efficiently while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable and skilled roofing team!”

“Unfortunately, the roof repair did not meet my expectations. The gutters are still loose in some places, and the alignment looks uneven. During the next rainfall, I noticed the same drainage issues as before. The work did not appear professional, and the job felt rushed. I also had difficulty getting clear updates about the progress. For the amount charged, the quality is far below standard. I regret hiring this service and would not recommend it to others looking for dependable roof repairs.”

“I hired this Co.tofix my roof. They came promptly did their job efficiently. They are very courteous and knowledgeable answers my questions and provided a clear plan to fix it. I was impressed by their honesty and willingness to do a good job. Provided before and after photos as well. Thank you Anthony and Michael. You both are good representatives of your family's business established for 37 years. I will recommend you to others who have roofing needs. God bless.”

“I highly recommend Professional Contractors, LLC. They recently completed a total re-decking and roofing within a week on over 2100 square feet. I was kept informed each step with photos, cleaned up each day, and on time each day with a complete skilled crew. Jerry Ortega worked with my insurance adjuster and the city building inspector (USAA requirement for redecking). Over the past 40+ years I have had two other roofs installed. The last one was only seven years ago by my insurance carrier's recommended "preferred" contractor. Rot, unmet roofing standards and shoddy workmanship was exposed. I am confident in the job Jerry's crew accomplished with further validation from the city inspector.”
