Sagan Commercial Roofing LLC

Sagan Commercial Roofing LLC handles roofing work as a general contractor in El Paso. They take on full roof replacements, inspections for wind and hail damage, temporary fixes on existing roofs, and repairs that include TPO systems. Joe Sanchez and Jose Sanchez handle the customer side of jobs, meeting homeowners on site and managing the details from first contact through completion. The company keeps crews working on residential properties across the city and maintains availability most days of the week.

Homeowners call after windstorms or failed insurance claims and get the whole roof redone once the team supplies the needed documentation. Others bring them in after a prior contractor left a bad TPO install, where Joe performed an inspection, made temporary patches, and then completed the full repair while advising on proper placement of AC units. Reviewers also note quick checks for hail and wind damage that led to estimates and finished repairs, plus full roof replacements that left the property clean at the end of each day.

Calls get returned the same day and crews arrive shortly after to look at the roof. The team shows up daily, works through the day, and removes debris before leaving. Jose stays in touch with updates throughout the job and keeps the process moving without extra delays. The business lists hours from early morning through late night Monday through Saturday and stays closed on Sunday.

“I highly recommend Sagan Commercial Roofing! They replaced my home roof. I'm extremely pleased with the customer service, quality craftsmanship, and professionalism I received throughout the entire process. When I contacted them, they returned my call the same day and went to my property shortly afterwards to evaluate my roof. Thats when I met with Mr. Joe Sanchez. He was very easy to work with and informative. And best of all, he answered all my questions in a timely manner. The crew was extremely respectful and cleaned up at the end of each workday.”

“I highly recommend Sagan Roofing LLC Company . After being denied my claim for damages to my roof from the March windstorm from my insurance (Allstate) company, Sagan company managed to get Allstate to replace my whole roof. Through their expertise and research about the roof they provided my insurance company all the proof they requested to be able to get my whole roof redone. Mr. Jose I Sanchez was the person i dealt with from this Roofing Company and he is a very knowledgeable and respectful person who always kept in touch with me until my roof was completely done. Beautiful work. Thank you so much very happy!!!”

“We unfortunately hired another company to install TPO roofing on our home. The other company was horrific and did a terrible job. Joe came and did a full inspection of the roof; identified faults and did temporary repairs till we could get the full repair done. Communication was exceptional – his team showed up daily and worked all day – they cleaned up after themselves. Jose kept us updated on every step of the process and advised us on getting our AC units placed correctly on the roof. He and his company are a rarity in El Paso. A contractor who does what he says they are going to do and does it well. Do not hesitate to hire this company. Thank you Joe for a job well done.”
