LAWRENCE CORBITT AFFORDABLE ROOFS LLC-U

Lawrence Corbitt runs Affordable Roofs LLC-U right here in Fayetteville, Texas. This roofing crew sticks to the trade of putting roofs on houses and commercial spots in the region. They draw from the practical side of the business, showing up for jobs that homeowners and property managers need done without extra fuss. The focus stays on solid roofing work that holds up against what Texas weather dishes out, from long hot summers to sudden downpours that test every seam and shingle.

Out in Fayetteville, Texas, this crew takes on roof installations from the ground up, whether it's a fresh build or swapping out an old roof that's seen better days. They do repairs on leaks that pop up after a big rain or when hail hits during storm season. Inspections form part of the work too, letting them spot weak spots before they turn into bigger headaches for the owner. Texas heat can bake shingles and make them brittle over time, so the guys know to check for that along with wind that pulls edges loose. They cover homes in neighborhoods around town and also handle roofs on smaller commercial spots like shops or offices that need the same attention to keep things dry inside.

Homeowners around Fayetteville deal with roofs that need attention on a regular basis because of the weather patterns that hit this part of Texas. The score this outfit earned comes from handling those jobs in ways that keep people coming back or passing the name along. Things like getting out quick when a repair call comes in after bad weather, leaving the site clean once the work wraps, and charging prices that make sense for the materials and labor involved all add up. Folks notice when communication stays straightforward from the first visit to the final check. DIRT Score 4.41 from 35 reviews on Finds.

“Affordable Roofs LLC came quickly to our house after we called them. We had baseball size hail pellet our house and outbuildings. After the inspection of the roofs it was determined they needed replaced. We received the bid details the next day to turn into our insurance. The insurance inspector determined the bid was close enough to just write us a check for total replacement. The shingles ect were delivered and the next dry day available the crew showed up at 7AM.to start the work. With the tarps surrounding the house the shingles were removed from my house to a waiting trailer for removal. By 12:30 all the shingles were replaced! We talked about the importance of ventilation. The ridge vent that was on the house (now I know) was not giving proper ventilation. Sam suggested we have new”

“This was the first time I've ever needed roof repairs so I was worried about the cost. Sam did my inspection, took pictures and showed me where the main problems were and explained everything to me in detail. I was expecting the cost to be so much more, however, they had several options for me and was able to make my cost affordable. I will definitely be recommending Affordable Roofs to everyone”

“They were so easy to deal with! We had a deadline from our insurance to replace the roof and this company came out ASAP and made the whole thing a breeze. The crew was polite and cleaned up after themselves very well. The owner was prompt, informative, and helpful and even came out to inspect everything himself to be sure of a quality install afterwards. Definitely recommend.”

“Sam and Larry were quick to give estimate and stayed true to quote. We appreciated they did not try to sell what we didn’t need for roof replacement. When crew left, we noticed some oil that leaked into our driveway, they came out within a couple of hours to remedy and clean up. We would recommend them for roof replacement due to affordability, promptness and not charging for things that didn’t need replacement. Thanks Sam, Larry and crew.”

“Affordable Roofs is legit! They came and gave me a quote when a tree fell on my roof and immediately put up a patch until I could get with my insurance and determine my next step. As soon as I figured it out I reached out and scheduled it and they got me on the schedule within a day and got it fixed! Couldn’t recommend them more!”
