Myles Smith Construction, INC

Myles Smith Construction, INC works out of Fayetteville, TX and keeps its focus on roofing for homes and businesses in the area. They handle asphalt roofs, metal roofs, shingle roofs, and commercial roofing jobs, along with reroofs and replacements when old coverings fail. Fayetteville sees long hot summers that bake shingles and sudden downpours that test every seam, so roofs here need steady upkeep to avoid leaks that damage ceilings and walls. The crew steps in for repairs on damaged sections and adds insulation or skylight installation when homeowners want better protection or more light inside.

They start most jobs with a free inspection to spot weak spots before problems grow. From there the team replaces worn materials, seals edges on metal panels, or swaps out entire sections of asphalt or shingles on both residential and commercial buildings. Repairs often target leaks around vents or chimneys that show up after heavy rain, while reroof work removes old layers and puts down fresh coverage built to handle Texas weather. Skylight installs bring in natural light without creating new drip points, and insulation work helps keep attics from overheating in summer or losing heat in winter. The outfit sticks to straightforward scheduling so property owners know when crews will show and what the daily plan covers.

Homeowners in Fayetteville count on roofers who show up on time, finish without cutting corners, and keep costs in line with the work required. Reviews point to solid results on both quick fixes and full replacements, with clear updates during the job and fair pricing that matches the materials and labor involved. That record of handling local conditions and customer needs adds up to steady repeat calls and referrals across the region. DIRT Score 4.74 from 55 reviews on Finds.

“Fantastic company to work with! We had a serious leak in our metal roof. Myles came out and inspected it right away and had us fixed up ASAP. It wasn't a small nor simple repair by any means, and they did a fantastic job at completing it to perfection. Myles is a pleasure to work with. Just a super down to earth person that knows his stuff and won't let you down. We've worked with large franchise style roofing companies in the past and those are always a pain to work with. Myles made this experience the best we could have asked for. Straight forward person, honest pricing and overall wonderful experience.”

“We contacted multiple firms for both a roof repair and roof replacement projection that we needed to have done. In both cases Myles Smith Construction was the least expensive firm. The work they performed was top quality and done very timely. We will definitely be looking to them again for future roofing needs as they arise.”
