Perry Roofing Company

Perry Roofing Company works out of Fayetteville where they handle roofing jobs for houses and commercial buildings alike. The crew has been active in the area since 2008, concentrating on new roof installs, fixes for leaks, and storm damage claims that pop up after heavy weather moves through. Fayetteville homeowners often deal with hot summers that bake shingles, sudden downpours, and wind that tears at edges, so the company steps in for full exterior upgrades including gutters, soffit, fascia, siding, and decks to keep places dry and solid without extra contractors showing up.

They take on residential roofing projects from start to finish, commercial roof work on bigger structures, and targeted repairs when sections fail. Storm damage claims get handled directly so owners can get coverage sorted, while add-ons like new siding or patio builds round out the exterior fixes. Crews show up with the right materials, work through the job in steps that match the house layout, and leave the site clean once the roof or trim is set. This approach covers common needs like replacing worn asphalt after years of sun exposure or adding drainage to stop water from pooling near foundations.

Customers keep coming back because the work holds up under local conditions without dragging on or costing more than expected, with clear updates on timelines and solid results on quality that match the price quoted. Speed on repairs after storms and straightforward talks about what needs doing stand out in feedback across the jobs. DIRT Score 3.84 from 50 reviews on Finds.

“This is a GREAT local company with GREAT people. Cody got me totally take care of. His customer service is phenomenal and my roof looks better than the day the house was built. Kudos to you and Perry Roofing. I'm spreading the word to everyone!”

“Honestly I hated the thought of having to find someone to deal with and do the whole "car salesman thing" for my new roof but luckily I found Them over at Perry's Roofing ... Was great for the start no BSing, very straightforward and great prices! They did both my roof on my house and the shed I couldn't be happier! Very quick and painless process. If you're in need of a roof definitely reach out to them for a quote!!”

“This is the second time I have used Perry Roofing. After the hailstorm I called the office and asked Amber for an inspection since they had done the roof before. She was very professional and friendly on the phone. Brandon did the inspection and he was great. Answered all my questions and scheduled the job after I cleared it with insurance. The crew was here when promised and completed the job on time. Clean-up was thorough. I am extremely pleased with Brandon, Amber and Regina and the whole crew at Perry Roofing and would highly recommend them for any roofing needs.”

“We had damage from the Springdale Tornado, Blake Caldwell came out game estimate and said we will work with your insurance company, I didn't have to worry. The crew came out and went above and beyond to make some practical changes to fix water problems and make our house look great. I highly recommend Blake and Perry Roofing.”

“Perry Roofing did an excellent job. We worked with John Cummings, and he was upfront, honest, and fair. I also appreciated that his crew took good care of my making sure our dog didn’t get out of the yard. Sometimes it’s the little things that set a business apart. We were very pleased with the service we received.”

“Perry Roofing did an wonderful job of replacing my roof. Cody Boone was at the site to make sure that it was done correctly the whole time. He was also thoughtful to his roofers as he supplied water and food to his employees. I felt that he went above and beyond his duties for me and his employees. We need more people like him in the world!”

“I want to thank Brandon for taking care of my roofing repair after a bad hail storm. He's truly an asset to Perry Roofing and their crews are always professional and always cleans up nice afterwords. I highly recommend them.”

“I wish I could give them 10 stars, especially John Lee Cummings. My husband and I had major water damage in two bedrooms that connected and John was the only one who could figure out the issue correctly (after several contractors gave their assessments). The roof repairs were made last October and we waited a couple of months to make sure no water issues and there were not. We were so happy about that! Then we were scheduled in January to get the inside repairs and paint and trim done in the two rooms. This was completed within 3 days - amazing! The crew cleaned up everything nicely! The last step was getting carpet laid in the two rooms, as well as our primary bedroom. They picked up the padding and carpet and delivered it to our house and the installation was done two days later in less”

“Perry Roofing did a stellar job for us after the hailstorm. John Lee didn't give a 'razzle dazzle' sales pitch. He examined the damage, gave us an honest and concise summary of what they could do for us, and a very reasonable estimate. Amber in the office worked with us with our insurance claim checks and getting those processed smoothly. The repair schedule John gave us was followed right on time and to the "T". They DEFINITELY have a return customer if the need ever arises again. Thanks Perry Roofing!!!!!!!!!!”

“What can I say about Perry Roofing, except "Awesome"! Brandon was great! He explained everything to me, step by step, answered all my questions, and handled everything with my insurance company. He was also very understanding, when I changed colors. My new roof was on in half a day. It looks Beautiful! I highly recommend Perry Roofing, for all your roofing needs! LindaTreat”
