“Michael originally came out to our manufacturer home to help us take a look at our roof. We have been getting belted with the wind in winslow, and we needed a roof to handle our climate. During install, we need a few sheets of plywood and Michael's communication with us was clear and very helpful. Noah came by after to double check the work and make sure everything was holding strong. I am thankful to be working with a company that puts this much work into communicating with us.”

We contacted them about replacing the windows of a condo we purchased in Flagstaff. I made the appointment on a Tues afternoon for that Thurs morning. No one showed up and I was told they canceled my appointment because they couldn't confirm it (no message was left, no email, no text). I was never told additional confirmation was required when I made the appointment less then 48 hours out. I live 2 hours away and it was a major inconvenience. Even with that terrible first impression we decided to give them a second chance and rebooked for the next day. They showed up and said they only had tinted windows (?), which were out of the HOA regulations so we explained that the”
