Polaris Roofing Systems

Polaris Roofing Systems is a roofing outfit based in Flagstaff that handles work for houses and commercial buildings alike. They have served the local area and towns around it for over twenty five years with their crews doing the jobs that keep roofs in good shape. Flagstaff gets cold winters with plenty of snow along with other weather that can wear down roofing materials over the years. This means local homeowners often need repairs or full replacements to keep water out and the structure sound. The company offers inspections at no cost to help people see what their roof needs before issues get worse.

They handle roof repairs when leaks show up or shingles come loose after storms. Installation work covers putting on new roofs for new builds or when old ones get replaced entirely. Replacement jobs come up when a roof has reached the end of its life or suffered major damage from wind or snow. The team also works with insurance claims so homeowners can get coverage for storm related fixes without extra hassle. Free inspections let them spot small problems early. In Flagstaff the weather means roofs see a lot of freeze and thaw cycles that can crack materials, so regular checks help avoid bigger fixes down the line. Crews show up ready to deal with the specific needs of the local climate and building styles.

Homeowners around Flagstaff talk about the crews getting the work done quickly once a plan is set. The quality of the roofing work stands out because it holds up against the local weather patterns year after year. Prices come in fair for the materials and labor involved in each job. Clear communication from start to finish helps avoid surprises on costs or timelines. In a place like Flagstaff where roofs take a beating from snow and sun, having a roofer that shows up when promised and does the job right the first time makes a big difference. People appreciate not having to chase down answers or deal with poor workmanship that leads to more leaks later on. DIRT Score 4.53 from 259 reviews on Finds.

“We just got our roof replaced on our Flagstaff home and Polaris Roofing made it so easy! Erin and Jesse as well as the foreman on the job that day, I have forgotten his name but he was wonderful. They cleaned up afterwards, you would not have known they were there, Amazing! Highly recommend them!”

“I had an amazing experience with Polaris roofing. Scheduling a roof inspection was easy and staff was friendly and efficient. Jesse Blakesley arrived on time and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! He followed through with what was needed in a timely manner. Great service!”

“The team at Polaris Roofing is very responsive and follows through, and has done so for me on multiple occasions. They have demonstrated an in-depth knowledge of roofing issues. Kyle Taylor has been particularly helpful in working with my insurance agent — and my very difficult insurance claims adjuster. When warm weather arrives and the work is completed I’ll update this review ref. the new roof installation. The current photos show hail and hail damage that my insurance has been denying.”

“We received prompt, personalized service from Polaris Roofing. The roofing of our house and barn was completed within a month of our first meeting. Justin made the effort to round up the color shingles that we wanted, which were less readily available. The roofs are beautiful. Thank you Justin and Polaris roofers.”

“I hired Polaris Roofing to replace and repair my roof, along with swapping out seven skylights— the experience was outstanding. From the initial consultation to project completion, the team was professional, transparent, and clearly committed to quality. Erin and Jesse were especially helpful throughout the process. They took the time to answer all my questions and worked with me to adjust estimates so we could get everything just right. Their flexibility and attention to detail made a big difference in my feeling confident about the scope and cost of the project. Bobby also went above and beyond—he programmed the new skylights and made sure I understood exactly how to operate them. His clear explanations and hands-on support made the transition seamless and stress-free. The skylight re”

“Started out really well with great consults, replies and prompt communication. The roof seems to be solid and good install. I have yet to receive the warranty info after June install We had a snag with tile damage from the crew and were politely asked to fix it ourselves since they couldn’t find anyone. We did do that, then tried to pay the balance… and after 3 months , all of a sudden we were informed the “final quote” for the roof install would be different. The optics looked really bad since this final quote was only mentioned AFTER the amount of the tile fix was communicated. In the end they never got back to me on the final quote and I paid the balance on the original quote without so much as a thank you for taking care of the tile damage ourselves. Lots of nails in yard and drive”

“We got three bids for a 2600 square foot re-roof (composite shingles) on our house. The majority of our roof has a 6:12 slope (fairly steep) and is considered a high roof (above the second floor). We decided on Polaris even though their bid was the highest mainly because their communication and responsiveness were excellent. No overselling, inflated promises, delays, or problems. They did what they said they’d do and they did it quickly. They also accommodated installation of specialized roof gutter hardware that we provided. No payment was required till the job is complete.”

“Our new roof looks amazing! Ian is a fantastic project manager, and made the entire process easy for us. He helped us with our insurance claim and provided excellent customer service, plus his attention to detail, follow-up, and follow-through were on point. We’re so pleased with Polaris, and would recommend them anyone looking to replace their roof.”

“Ian Fryer at Polaris Roofing is the best contractor experience I have ever had. They started on the day promised and finished in one day for an entire roof replacement. The workmanship was top notch. I am very pleased with the finished work. The crew cleaned up the yard after the job was complete. I highly recommend Ian and Polaris Roofing.”

“What a breath of fresh air. Jesse might be the most knowledgeable and articulate person I've met in a long time. He explained my options for roof repair and directed me to several trades people for my home to-do list. He was prompt, professional and relaxed. Not to mention personable! I will use him for all roofing repairs and/or replacement in the future.”
