“Tiger services was the only company in Flagstaff who made it a point, no matter how busy they were, to view the ice damages in person, photographing the entire scope of the project and therefore taking ownership in first tarping the roof as we started the rainy season. We have a steep slope and had a very slippery steel roof. They were the only company who had the proper harnesses to get their Roofing crew safely on the top of the roof to take the photographs from all angles to prove to the insurance company the extent of the damages. Furthermore Chris from Tiger Svcs was able to convince / document to the insurance company that the adjuster that they had sent out and "approved the repairs" was off by $28,000 (significant!), so then our insurance company paid for a brand new roof ($35K) fu”

I can’t thank them enough for the work they did, the photo’s of the repair that was desperately needed I know and trust it was done right!
