We now have a beautiful new roof and a beautiful new gazebo, and both are a big improvement over what we had before. George was professional from start to finish. He stayed in touch consistently, let us know what to expect, and always alerted us when the workers would be coming. His crew also did a great job cleaning up the debris from the tornado damage, which we appreciated so much. George also helped us with our homeowner's insurance forms, and the payments were made without a hitch! I was amazed by how quickly they completed the work. The day prior to the work being completed, a member of the crew came out to set up protective netting around my home which was pretty cool! Day of the crew was very mindful of my garden, yard and driveway, and even stopped work anytime I had to bring my dog out to do her business. “Going through a roof replacement via an insurance claim is never an easy process unless you have Ranger Roofing on your side. From day 1, Ronnie was helping my wife and I go through the claim process with our insurance provider. On 2 separate occasions, Ronnie took time out of his day to meet the insurance inspector at our house to walk them through the damage he observed and made sure we were compensated for every aspect of our claim. Even with a slight hiccup on some roofing material, the owner, Jordan H. got involved and was not only very responsive but he acknowledged our frustration with the hiccup and made sure everything was taken care of. “Joe Currin and his team at Ranger Roofing re-did our roof after an especially bad hail storm came through. Joe was out the next day, checked my roof, and set up his sign which really helped keep the other roofers from making their own pitch. (It gets to be a lot really fast.) He explained the damage to our roof and the potential for further damage if not repaired. There was no pressure… just knowledge. When we decided to proceed, Joe was with us every step of the way. He met with the adjuster sent by our insurance carrier, he answered questions about the responses, and of course he was there while they carefully prepared our home for the roof replacement. They were so efficient they were able to complete both mine and my neighbors house on the same day, and left our home looking like nothing ever happened. The cleanup was great, and Joe even followed up with documents we could send our insurance carrier to reduce the cost on our annual premium. Ranger roofing went above and beyond.”
