HARRIS SIDING & WINDOWS INC.-U

Harris Siding and Windows Inc. works from Fort Smith, Texas, with roofing as one of their main trades. They cover the full range of exterior work on houses, including putting on new roofs, fixing siding, and installing windows to keep homes protected from the weather. The outfit has been around long enough to know the local building styles and what materials hold up best in this part of the state. Homeowners call them when they need solid work on the outside of the house without cutting corners on the details. Crews show up with the right tools and trucks to handle jobs on both older homes and newer builds that need updates to meet current standards for wind and rain resistance.

Roofing crews in Fort Smith deal with plenty of heat, sudden storms, and high winds that wear down shingles and cause leaks over time. Common jobs include tearing off old layers, checking for rot in the decking, adding better ventilation to cut down on attic heat, and laying new asphalt or metal roofing that lasts through the seasons. Homeowners often face issues like missing shingles after storms or poor drainage that leads to water inside walls, and this company sends teams to measure twice, order the right supplies, and finish the install so the house stays dry without extra callbacks. They also tie in insulation work when roofs come off to help with energy bills during the long summers.

Customers rate the crew high for showing up on schedule, explaining the fixes in plain terms, and charging fair prices that match the scope of the work. Quality holds up with few callbacks on leaks or loose flashing, and communication stays clear from the first visit through cleanup. Speed matters here since weather can turn fast, and the team keeps projects moving without long delays. DIRT Score 4.29 from 61 reviews on Finds.

“We moved into a new home with beautiful windows—but no screens—and quickly realized how hard it is to find someone willing to take on a smaller, custom job like that. After getting a flyer in the mail, I called Harris Siding and Windows on a bit of a whim, and I’m so glad I did. I was connected directly with the owner, Robert Harris, who came out personally to assess our needs. He was both professional and genuinely personable, which made the whole process feel easy and comfortable. He took the time to carefully measure each window, had the screens custom made, and then returned to install them himself. The quality of the work is excellent, and everything fits perfectly. It’s clear he takes pride in what he does. We’re very happy with the results and truly appreciate the level of care an”

“I called Robert because I was having problems getting my windows closed after I had taken them out to wash them. I had tried and tried and tried to put them back properly. I just couldn’t get it done. He walked me through it, and I still could not get it done and he took the time to come to my house 60 miles one way and to do this for me. Robert took the time to explain and show me incase I did it again. He also fixed them so they slid up and down easily for me. I would recommend HARRIS SIDING AND WINDOWS for all your needs. Also I had my windows installed Thanksgiving week of 2008. So after 18 years he still cares for his customers. Thank you again Janet Mauzey”
