Mer-2 Roofing and Construction

Mer-2 Roofing and Construction operates as a local roofing crew out of Fort Smith, TX. They stick to roofing work for homeowners who need help with their homes in the area. The company connects directly with people facing roof issues and offers straightforward service without extra layers. Fort Smith sees plenty of weather swings that hit roofs hard, from heavy rains to strong winds that cause leaks or wear down shingles over time. Homeowners here often deal with storm damage that leaves them needing quick checks on their rooftops to stop water from getting inside.

They handle roof repairs on damaged sections, storm-related fixes after bad weather hits, and full replacement projects when the old roof has run its course. The crew talks through the job by phone first to figure out what broke and what needs doing, whether it's patching leaks or swapping out entire sections. In this part of Texas, roofs take a beating from the heat and sudden storms, so they focus on solid materials that hold up and stop problems from coming back fast. Homeowners call in with concerns about water spots or missing shingles, and the team lines up the right steps to get the roof back in shape without dragging things out.

Customers give them credit for moving fast on calls and keeping the work solid without overcharging for basic roofing fixes. The score reflects steady marks on getting jobs done right the first time and talking straight about costs and timelines, which matters when a roof leak can turn into bigger trouble indoors. In Fort Smith, good roofers earn repeat business by showing up prepared and leaving the place better than they found it. DIRT Score 4.03 from 29 reviews on Finds.

“David and Jason are very good at what they do. The crew was expert and didn't leave any mess at all. The price was reasonable and it took less than a day.”

“Roof damage from fallen tree. Called and they showed up same day the call was made. After the estimate and adjuster had completed their part once again they showed up and completed the job that very next day. Left no mess behind and did a beautiful job. Highly recommend them!”

“They went over what we wanted done and gave a proposal. They were very reasonable in pricing. They discussed the jobs and told us when they would start and finish. They arrived timely to do the work. They replaced outside triming entirely around the house, installed new windows and back door and repair flooring in utility room. They clean up after the work and were very professional & friendly. I recommend them.”

“My experience with Mer-2 was nothing short of amazing. We first used them to replace our roof. Mer-2 did an awesome job. Great quality, great experience. So when we needed gutters I immediately called to see if they could do the work. Once again, amazing work all the way around. We were once again very pleased with the work. I will always call them first for all of our repair needs. You will not be disappointed! Thank you for the quality work😁”

“My favorite team to work with! Always on time, professional and efficient! I have been working with David and his guys for a few years now and can not say enough good words about them! Various projects, big and small, were all tackled with thoughtfulness and attention to detail. Highly recommend!”

“These guys knocked it out of the park. I approved a quote and ordered windows in January. At no fault of MER-2, the windows took 3 months to complete (normally 4-6 weeks). I stayed mad for at least two of those months. As soon as the windows were ready, they came out and installed them beautifully, and will likely call upon them again to finish out the house's windows, and likely cabinet work. Top-notch service!”

“Mer-2 Roofing and Construction Company helped with inspection and roof repair on my home prior to sale. They also repaired brick work around my fireplace and did a small pain job. I was completely satisfied with the work and the workers. It was a good experience and I would use this company again and also recommend them to friends and family.”

“TOTAL CON ARTIST!!! The "All About Us" on his web page is a LIE!!! You should be ashamed of the work you do and how you treat people! Had windows installed over a year ago. Immediately after intallation, they started popping constantly at random times throughout the day. David has not returned calls, emails or text messages even though he was paid the day after the windows were finished being installed. How he has such a high rating is beyond me! I guarantee he will be the WORST MISTAKE you'll ever make if you let him, or his crew, touch your house. I will do whatever I can to make people aware of the SHADIEST contractor in the area! FIX MY WINDOWS YOU HACK!!!”

“Several years ago we had them replace our Windows and install siding. Last year they put a new roof on after a tornado. Always quality work and good prices. You can't go wrong with these guys.”

“This is an honest. reliable, trustworthy and professional business. Always dependable and on-time with highest quality of workmanship. Have used the business several times and have been 100% satisfied each time. I recommend this business without exception.”
