“Exceptional Service – Darren is a True Professional I cannot recommend Darren at Chandler Roofing highly enough. From the start, he went above and beyond by reviewing a competitor's quote and pointing out genuine areas of concern. He wasn’t just trying to make a sale; he wanted to ensure I was protected. Darren provided a detailed quote in person and brought material samples so I knew exactly what I was getting. Communication during the install was world-class. I received photos and videos of the progress and the impressive measures the crew took to protect my property. Any plan changes were communicated immediately, so there were zero surprises. Darren is personable, professional, and clearly cares more about the client than the bottom line. I’m keeping his info on hand to refer to all my friends and neighbors!”

“Chandler Roofing did an excellent job in replacing our roofing, as well as the soffit and fascia. Previously, our roofing and sidings were quite dilapidated, falling apart. Chandler replaced the above quickly and professionally. Chandler contractor Darren was very detailed and upfront on replacing issues, and was effective in working with us and the insurance company. Chandler roofing crew were professional, diligent, and courteous. The crew went the extra mile in quality work and care, especially when working around the front yard cacti. My wife and I are grateful for the great work Chandler Roofing did, we feel we made a wise investment in this project. Pictures attached are a sample of the work Chandler Roofing did. House in-corner previously was old wood, falling apart. Chandler replaced roofing tiles with top of the line shingles; the soffit replaced with cement boarding with ventilation, fitted properly and held firmly. I recommend Chandler Roofing to anyone for their next roofing project. Scott”

“We had a great experience with Chandler on a roof replacement and new gutters. James Wilkinson was very responsive to all inquiries and facilitated getting the job done quickly. The house was under contract to sell and we needed a fast turnaround. James worked directly with the insurance adjuster and the job was done within a week of his first inspection. I’ve used Chandler previously but this last experience made them my “go to” roofing company in the future.”

“We have lived in our home for 35 years, and recently had to put on our third new roof due to weather events. In a world where you can rarely count on a contractor, Bill and Amanda at Chandler Roofing stand head and shoulders above the rest! Do yourself a favor after you've interviewed other roofing contractors and give them a call. You will be pleasantly surprised at the obvious difference!”

“Outstanding removal/installation by the roofing crew and gutter installation crew. Chandler Roofing Rep James Wilkinson answered all questions and oversaw all sequences of the installation. If I require any further roofing needs, I will contact Chandler roofing. Again an OUTSTANDING job!!!”

“I’ve learned it’s not always about what someone finds, but how they handle what they don’t. When Bill with Chandler Roofing came out to inspect my roof, they were on time (often rare these days), professional, and thorough. After a inspection, they told me my roof was in excellent condition.... and that was IT. Bill was sure to point out a few small maintenence items to keep my home protected in the meantime. No pressure, no upsell, no trying to turn it into something more. Just honesty. That kind of integrity is hard to find, leaving me with peace of mind. When the time comes for replacement... because it will eventually, Chandler Roofing will be the company I call!”

“Highly disappointed. Looks are deceiving, shingles match the house perfectly. However, contractor found black mold due to a leak in the roof for a period of time. Chandler roofing check my roof yearly and give me the thumbs up. Roses were beautiful, pizza coupon fantastic, work terrible.”

“From start to finish Chandler Roofing was wonderful. They worked with our insurance so we didn't have to. Bill was here multiple times to explain things to us. He was always available to answer any questions we had. The crew was very professional and courteous. They covered all of our roses and plants so everything was protected while everything was coming off the roof. They cleaned everything up so we couldn't hardly tell that they had been here, other than OUR BEAUTIFUL NEW ROOF. Thank you so much. We will definitely recommend Chandler Roofing to everyone.”

“While so many companies out there promise you the world and fail to deliver without any hesitation, I can wholeheartedly say Chandler Roofing is not one of those companies. Darren Unruh oversaw my entire roofing project. He was hands on from initial contact through completion of my project. Did I say he was a man of his word for follow up (no pressure); we were in communication for over a year, and he completed the project when i was ready. I am so pleased with the professionalism and thoroughness of my roofing project I am praying they will extend their business to include windows. Chandler Roofing is a rare but excellent find!!”

“After a hail storm in Feb 2022, we called Chandler's to inspect the roof for damage. Initially, we worked with Tyler and then later, Jessie, Stephanie, Robin and Brandy. Chandler's was thorough, professional and customer focused during the roof replacement project. The team worked well with our insurance company on detailing the damage, replacement scope and scheduling of work. During the job, Jesse was onsite on a Saturday to insure the quality of work, the pool and equipment were covered and the roof replacement met our expectations and code requirements. Chandler's continued to work with us after the roof replacement to insure the certificate of completion was finished and transferred to our insurance company to qualify for our new roof insurance discount. Thanks to the entire Chandler Team for a job well done.”
