“For three years State Farm denied our hail claim on our roof. We tried a couple of different roofers that went through the process of trying to get the claim approved, and got no where. This past March, we met with Veritas and began the process of fighting with State Farm again. Right from the start, we could tell Veritas was different from the other companies we’d talked to. They were highly detailed, professional, and explained everything clearly why State Farm was liable for the claim. Once the claim was finally approved, the construction process could not have been better. I’ve worked in the construction industry for decades and every project has its hiccups, but Veritas made this a very smooth process. Austin and Ed are true professionals who work with amazing crews. “I highly recommend Veritas Roofing. They did a beautiful job replacing my roof and upgrading what I had to a hail resistance shingle. This will reduce my insurance and give me peace of mind in the future. Everyone I worked with at Veritas was a pleasure to work with. In particular, Clay Jenkins, my project manager, was very helpful answering all my questions and working with my insurance company to resolve all issues. He was honest and understanding which I greatly appreciated. And he was at the job site the day of installation overseeing the installation, answering questions and explaining what was going on. A major concern I had was a previous issue with a leaky front porch under a metal porch covering that caused rotting underneath. This had been repaired twice supposedly but was still a problem. Veritas repaired the porch roof beautifully and installed larger guttering to finally fix this issue. Also, Veritas uncovered issues with a low slope area in the rear of the house where the decking was damaged and needed to be replaced. Most roofers I think would have just covered up the problem. Again, I couldn't be more pleased with Veritas.”

“As with many companies after hail storms, a Veritas team came by offering a free inspection. I had them go up, because it's always good to check, plus they were very professional in their approach. What happened next was what gets them 5 stars. They did not see enough damage, so they came down without trying to sell me anything at all! When I pointed out a flashing issue, they did offer an estimate, letting me know if would only be a small repair. How nice, not to be upsold!! Best bonus of all, there was a large furniture delivery in front of my garage that they kindly moved into my house, even refusing a gratuity.
