Banner Roofing & Construction

Banner Roofing & Construction runs as a veteran-owned roofing contractor out of Frisco, Texas. They focus on roof repair, roof replacement, storm damage repair and commercial roofing for homes and businesses across North Texas. The outfit holds GAF Master Elite status and keeps regular hours every day from eight in the morning until five in the evening at their Laramie Ln address.

Homeowners bring them in after hail storms or high winds to inspect missing shingles and complete full roof replacements. Mark and Blaine Dallas have walked through insurance claims step by step, coordinated with inspectors and finished the work along with gutters and fence repairs. Rudy has diagnosed leaks that other crews missed, handled maintenance on rental properties and kept jobs moving without extra supervision. Reviewers note the crews also managed garage door fixes and re-staining when those items came up during the same projects.

They answer calls quickly and send someone out the same day or the next for inspections even during busy storm seasons. Customers say the crews explain damage clearly, keep them updated on progress and follow up months or years later when questions arise. Quotes stay straightforward and the work covers North Texas counties including Tarrant, Denton and Collin. The team works seven days a week and finishes jobs with little leftover mess.

They carry a five-star rating from one hundred twenty-one Google reviews. Recurring comments highlight honest feedback, attention to detail on replacements and insurance claims plus reliable crews that treat every property with care.

“Banner roofing is absolutely amazing! Incredible customer service, responsiveness and attention. Mark was super great to deal with even though they were extremely busy after a hail storm. They are honest and know what they’re doing. I would hire them again and recommend them to others that are in need of any roofing or other needs.”

“Banner Roofing delivered exceptional service, thanks especially to Blaine Dallas. After last week’s extremely high winds, Blaine came out on very short notice to inspect our roof for missing shingles. His professionalism, promptness, and calm, confident approach immediately put us at ease. Blaine went above and beyond — he explained everything clearly, handled the inspection thoroughly, and exceeded every expectation we had. If you need someone reliable and genuinely committed to helping homeowners, Blaine Dallas is the person you want. I highly recommend him and Banner Roofing.”

“I staged a very serious competition between four great roofing businesses. Because I don't know much about roofing, I evaluated every offer with AI, asked difficult questions and requested upgrades. Banner roofing won, not only with their good offer but also because they reviewed my atic ventilation and proposed a comprehensive redesign that would improve the air circulation. The concept was solid, the execution flawless. They also provided 1 year interest free financing. Their representative Blaine Dallas was patient, supportive and very professional.”

“Mark and his team did an incredible job replacing our roof. They expertly managed multiple trades and materials while also handling the gutters. The entire process was incredibly smooth — zero mess left behind, and I was always kept in the loop on what was happening. Their professionalism stood out from start to finish. Highly recommend Banner Roofing!”

“I cannot recommend Banner Roofing & Construction highly enough. I’ve done business with them for many years, and they are truly the gold standard for service in the DFW area. My relationship with them started years ago when I had a persistent leak. After consulting with several other roofers who couldn't quite nail down the issue, the team at Banner was able to accurately diagnose and solve the problem. Since then, their follow-up has been incredible; they’ve checked in over the years and have always been remarkably quick to respond whenever I have an inquiry. The professionalism starts at the top with ownership and management and carries through to the crews on the roof. Everyone I’ve encountered is friendly, thorough, and clearly takes pride in their work. If you are looking for a reliable, honest, and high-quality roofing company, this is definitely the one to call.”

“Banner Roofing provided superb service for my roof replacement. During the initial consultation, Blaine showed me the damage my roof experienced and explained the claims process to me. He and Rudy stick with me throughout the various stages of the claim process. During the installation, Blaine kept me informed about the progress. The crew arrived on time and worked swiftly and effectively. Banner took care of all aspects of the entire process, which included roof, garage door, gutters, and re-staining my fence. They really made it painless for me. I am forever grateful.”

“I had my electric service pole on the roof halfway pulled out by raccoons using the wires as a highway to my roof. I called Mark Stayton, explained my issue, and he and Victor came out within a day to look at the damage and quote the job. I accepted their very reasonable quote and Victor got to work right away. After he got the necessary supplies to complete the job, he got to work. Everything was completed quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend Banner Roofing for any roofing project you might have.”

“We chose Banner roofing because we wanted a company that not only did superior work and used superior materials, but also was a company of high integrity. They were a company that we knew we could trust to do the job right the first time and didn’t need to be supervised by us. Mark Stayton’s team consisting of him, Blaine Dallas and Zach Hall met with and worked with the insurance inspector when we were unable to do so, pointing out exactly where our damage was and making sure that all damage was covered. I would recommend them to everyone.”
