VIP General Contractors LLC

VIP General Contractors LLC works as a roofing contractor from Frisco, Texas. They take on residential and commercial roof repairs along with full replacements, and they also handle bathroom and kitchen remodels, concrete work, building restoration, and storm damage repairs for fire and water issues. The company stays open every day around the clock for emergency calls on roofs, mitigation, water, and fire. Sam and Sean show up in customer accounts as the main contacts who meet homeowners and line up the crews.

Reviewers describe roof replacements after hail strikes, gutter installations paired with roofing, small leak fixes in bathrooms, master bathroom remodels, patio builds, fence repairs, and full home restorations after hurricanes or major storms. Sam and Sean often manage the insurance claims process, provide options without pressure, and coordinate multiple trades so one company handles the roof, painting, and other fixes. Crews finish the physical work on site while keeping the rest of the property protected and clean.

They arrive fast for damage assessments and quotes, stay in touch with updates on materials and timing, and leave no nails or debris behind. Customers note they handle both tiny repair jobs and large insurance claims in the Frisco area and nearby spots like McKinney, Prosper, Celina, Melissa, and Anna, plus farther out when storms hit hard. The crews stay consistent day to day, and the company works directly with insurance to cover what homeowners are owed.

The business carries a 4.9 rating from 62 reviews. People keep mentioning the insurance coordination, honest recommendations on needed work only, attention to details on finishes, and solid results on roofs, remodels, and storm fixes alike.

“These guys did a great job with the roof and coordinating all of the work. We had a tough time with our insurance with months of back and forth and waiting on one thing after another from insurance. Sam at VIP was super patient with it all and helped us through out that long process. We also sold our house not long after and they were great about staying in contact and answering any questions we had to answer about warranties and materials and so on.”

“Sam and Sean, we’re very consultative and informative in their approach. They provided good recommendations. My wife and I were very pleased with the discussion of the options for our roofing and gutter project. They didn’t hard press the sale and gave my wife and I time to look at the options carefully and make our decision. They brought in two crews the day of the work and finished very quickly. The roof looks fantastic. The gutters look fantastic. I would highly recommend them to anyone.. Thank you fellas for doing such a quality job..”

“Called VIP for what I thought was going to be a big issue with leaking in my main bathroom but when Sam got out here, he immediately saw the issue and assured me it was a very easy fix. He didn’t try to upsell me or convince me to do more expensive repairs that were not necessary. He was honest and straightforward. Our repair was a tiny job for them but sometimes it’s hard to get a contractor out to do the small jobs. He had a guy get it fixed and done quickly. Thanks VIP General Contractors!”

The workmanship was of high quality and our Master Bathroom was transformed into the showpiece that we envisioned. I highly recommend VIP and I am already talking to them about additional remodeling projects.”

“Sam is professional, honest, fair, and does great work. One of the things I appreciate most about how he runs his business is how he takes care of his crews and it shows in their work and their consistency. While others are struggling with worker turnover and employees not showing up, Sam’s crew of men and women has been consistent, extremely hard working, punctual, and great with communication. Sam is on the job site often and when he’s not you can expect his high standards from a very professional and talented team. They love what they do and they do it well! VIP is who you need from your smallest jobs to the biggest jobs. Sam will get it done well!”
