“I had a new hot water heater installed by Baker Brothers and the technician noticed that the vent for the HWH was not properly installed when we had roofing completed two years ago. He recommended having it reviewed by a professional roofing company to ensure our safety and to prevent potential weather/critter damage. Baker Brothers has a working relationship with Firehouse Roofing and they coordinated the work order with Firehouse. Firehouse contacted me almost immediately and set the appointment for the next morning. Diego, the Firehouse Technician, sent me a text advising his arrival time and he was promptly on time. He was polite, professional, asked to review the job site request in detail (inside and out), and then proceeded to make the necessary repairs. He completed a thorough repair, shared pictures pre/post and did another inspection inside the attic to ensure it was sealed properly. He did an outstanding job and I am very pleased with the service delivered. Firehouse also provided a detailed report including all pictures. Well done!”
