“We recently had our roof replaced, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Michale and Christian made the whole process easy and stress-free. First, they came out and did a very thorough inspection of our roof. They took detailed pictures of all the damage and walked us through everything they found. We had a lot of questions, and Christian was very patient in addressing all of our concerns clearly. He took it slow with us to make sure we fully understood the process before moving forward. On the scheduled install day, the crew arrived early and got right to work. Michale was our project manager, and he oversaw the entire process throughout the day. He made sure the crew was doing everything correctly and kept us updated on the progress the whole time. While he was talking with me, he was also showing me the work in real time using his drone. During the project, they discovered that the leaking section of our roof had upgraded materials underneath. They went out of their way to make sure the new materials matched what we already had. Honestly, we would never have known the difference if they hadn’t mentioned it, but they were upfront and honest about it. Michale stayed until the very end to make sure the job was completed properly and that the crew cleaned up the area. Both Michale and Christian were honest, friendly, and most importantly, professional.
