My family & I were doing everything we could to save money; knowing this repair would be insanely expensive! I’d reached out to many companies over the last week. Many of them giving roughly the same estimate…. Then my manager at my job told me about Texas Precision Roofing & Construction. From the very first phone call, I could tell customer service was at the top of their list. Josh listened to me explain the situation & never rushed me throughout the explanation. He understood & assured he’d do what he could to help me out. Josh did the inspection himself & told me the roof was far beyond repair. It literally had tarps over it. I prepared my family to what we thought would end up being a huge financial burden on us. When Josh called me back to discuss the next steps in the process, I wasn’t in the best of moods simply because I figured he was about to tell me what everyone else has over the years. Instead told me that he was going to take care of the roof… I said okay cool, were you able to get a price nailed down? He told me he & the company recently rolled out a program called “Built for More” where they choose a house that fits the criteria & they all pitch in from their OWN pockets & pay for the chosen roof. What a blessing. I think my grandmother has called me weekly since, thanking me. Shortly after, his team came one Saturday morning & replaced the roof in a few hours.
