“Apex Roofing was the fourth group to give us an estimate for our replacement roof, and the best. John pointed out that our attic wasn't venting properly, and showed us pictures, so we could address that through a different vendor. In fact, they took a lot of before pictures of the roof (by drone), and the house exterior, they shared progress pictures (via weblink) of the work being done through the day, and then drone pictures after the job was complete to confirm that the work they said they would do was done correctly. We really appreciated this service. The work crew knew their job, they worked well together, and a supervisor was present all day. Everyone we came in contact with was helpful, forthcoming, and polite to us. If an issue arose, Apex roofers worked toward a solution that we would like, and resolved it to our satisfaction. We enjoy the new skylights, too, they have remote control shades to block out the hot sun. We didn't expect this, but our neighbors have complemented us on our new roof.
