Efficient Roofing

Efficient Roofing operates out of Gilbert, Texas and handles roofing work for houses and commercial buildings alike. The crew takes care of new roof installs along with repairs and ongoing maintenance across different setups. They work on asphalt shingles for most homes and switch to tile where needed, while commercial jobs often involve flat systems like TPO or foam. Restoration work, coatings, and emergency responses round out what they offer when leaks or damage show up. Local weather patterns with strong sun and sudden storms mean roofs here take a beating, and this outfit focuses on getting those problems sorted without extra steps.

Roofers in Gilbert face steady demand from heat that cracks shingles and wind-driven rain that finds weak spots in flashing or seams. The team shows up for tile roof fixes on older houses, asphalt shingle replacements after hail hits, and foam roof repairs on flat commercial buildings where water pools. They also handle maintenance visits to clean drains and check coatings before small issues turn into full leaks. Customers mention techs like those who arrive ready with materials to patch TPO sections or restore damaged areas on the spot rather than pushing full replacements. Emergency calls get handled the same way, with crews working to stop active leaks during storms and then returning for proper fixes once weather clears.

Homeowners and business owners in the area keep coming back because the work holds up under Texas conditions, the crews communicate clearly about timelines and costs, and pricing stays straightforward without surprises. Speed on emergency jobs and quality on installs both stand out in feedback, along with fair rates for the scope of work completed. DIRT Score 4.78 from 241 reviews on Finds.

“Update: I already awarded them 5 stars but now they need 10!!! They went above and beyond! I was already happy with the quality of work but literally the same day I posted my review, a gentleman named Brian called to address every minor concern I had. I chose this company because I trusted them and I wasn't disappointed. Thank you very much!!! P.S. My rescue dog appreciates you too! My name is Joy. Efficient Roofing does good quality work. I'm told by leaving a review each worker gets a $25 tip. Everyone at the company including the owner Justin is very nice. He went out of town the weekend my roof was being worked on so there were some communication issues with the office. I was told the roof project would take 2 days. The 1st time it was scheduled the crew walked off the job because the”

“Above and beyond happy with the services received from Efficient Roofing with my new roof! The communication, customer service, and efficiency (no pun intended) is why I give this business 5 stars. The install was quicker than expected (1 day) and the crew did a full clean up leaving my property the same as it was when they arrived. Communication from the owner, office personnel, and the install crew was always professional and courteous that often times isn’t a priority with other businesses. Thank you, Justin and team, for proving your passion for running a respectable business with your customers’ experience always at the top of the list!”

“Efficient Roofing was quick to respond for a bid on replacing our roof. Once we agreed to the terms and put 50% down they gave us a date for two weeks later. The day before the work was to begin we had a message reminding us the work would begin the next day. Once the job was complete they called to let us know. Pictures showed a very nice looking roof. We used Efficient Roofing because friends used them a few months ago and highly recommended them. We highly recommend Efficient Roofing as well.”
