Efficient Roofing LLC

Efficient Roofing LLC operates as a roofing company based in Gilbert, Texas, where they concentrate on handling roof work for houses and smaller commercial buildings. The local climate throws plenty at structures with long stretches of harsh sun that bakes shingles and sudden downpours that test every seam. Crews in this trade see the same patterns year after year as older roofs fail under the strain of heat expansion and occasional high winds. They bring trucks stocked for quick response rather than waiting on parts or weather windows that drag projects out. Homeowners here face constant wear on materials that might last longer elsewhere, so the focus stays on practical fixes that hold up through another Texas summer and storm season.

When jobs come in they handle full roof replacements using asphalt shingles suited to the heat along with targeted repairs that stop leaks before water reaches ceilings and insulation. Maintenance visits check for loose flashing around vents and chimneys while emergency calls address damage from heavy rain or hail that punches through older layers. Commercial flat roof work involves coatings and foam applications to restore surfaces without full tear-offs when possible. In Gilbert the typical day means dealing with UV damage on south-facing slopes or reinforcing edges against wind that picks up during spring fronts. Crews measure twice, cut once, and leave sites clean so homeowners can get back to normal without extra cleanup.

Customers note the crews show up on time and finish without stretching the timeline into weeks. Work quality holds through follow-up rains with no callbacks for the same spots. Pricing comes in clear from the start with no added fees once the job starts. Communication stays direct so everyone knows what gets done each day and when payment is due. These steady habits in a trade full of no-shows and shortcuts build the track record that stands out. DIRT Score 4.78 from 243 reviews on Finds.

“Update: I already awarded them 5 stars but now they need 10!!! They went above and beyond! I was already happy with the quality of work but literally the same day I posted my review, a gentleman named Brian called to address every minor concern I had. I chose this company because I trusted them and I wasn't disappointed. Thank you very much!!! P.S. My rescue dog appreciates you too! My name is Joy. Efficient Roofing does good quality work. I'm told by leaving a review each worker gets a $25 tip. Everyone at the company including the owner Justin is very nice. He went out of town the weekend my roof was being worked on so there were some communication issues with the office. I was told the roof project would take 2 days. The 1st time it was scheduled the crew walked off the job because the”

“Above and beyond happy with the services received from Efficient Roofing with my new roof! The communication, customer service, and efficiency (no pun intended) is why I give this business 5 stars. The install was quicker than expected (1 day) and the crew did a full clean up leaving my property the same as it was when they arrived. Communication from the owner, office personnel, and the install crew was always professional and courteous that often times isn’t a priority with other businesses. Thank you, Justin and team, for proving your passion for running a respectable business with your customers’ experience always at the top of the list!”

“Efficient Roofing was quick to respond for a bid on replacing our roof. Once we agreed to the terms and put 50% down they gave us a date for two weeks later. The day before the work was to begin we had a message reminding us the work would begin the next day. Once the job was complete they called to let us know. Pictures showed a very nice looking roof. We used Efficient Roofing because friends used them a few months ago and highly recommended them. We highly recommend Efficient Roofing as well.”
