“I own a large commercial building and recently worked with Dave regarding repairs or a possible replacement of the foam roof. The roof still had five years left on its warranty, but the original contractor was not honoring it Dave inspected the roof and gave me honest, straightforward advice about what he would do if it were his own building. Instead of trying to sell me a new roof, he helped me get the original contractor to stand behind their warranty and make the necessary repairs. He spent a lot of time answering questions and offering guidance—even when it meant talking himself out of a job. That level of honesty and integrity is hard to find these days. “Disclosure, we have not purchased roofing services from 5 guys, however our neighbor in our commercial complex adjacent to us was having their roof redone. As a car repair facility, we always have customer cars in the area, and we arrived to our workspace with ALL our cars carefully covered with protective wraps to prevent any potential dusting from their services (which there was ZERO). Thoroughly impressed with that level of detail vs just coming over and telling us to move our cars or its our problem. The staff was super kind and helpful and most importantly, not a single drop was put on any of our property! Superb!”
