Five Guys Services LLC

Five Guys Services LLC works out of Gilbert, Texas, as a roofing outfit run by the Stowell family across five generations. The business stays rooted in hands-on roofing for homes and commercial buildings alike, drawing on that family line to handle the steady demand in the area. Texas heat and storms hit roofs hard here, so crews like this one focus on practical fixes that match local conditions rather than chasing trends. Homeowners count on them for straightforward assessments and repairs that keep buildings dry through summer downpours and winter fronts.

Roofing crews in Gilbert tackle everything from patching leaks after heavy rains to full replacements on sloped residential roofs and flat commercial surfaces that bake under the sun. They manage cleanings and coatings on business properties to stop water buildup, handle insurance claims for storm damage, and work with general contractors on bigger jobs. The process starts with on-site checks for weak spots, followed by material choices that stand up to Texas winds and temperature swings, then steady progress tracked day by day so property owners know what is happening without surprises. Maintenance rounds keep older roofs in shape longer before a full tear-off becomes necessary.

Customers keep coming back because the work shows up on time, holds together without callbacks, stays priced right for the scope, and gets explained in plain terms from start to finish. That record across hundreds of jobs builds the kind of trust that matters when weather can change plans overnight. DIRT Score 4.49 from 700 reviews on Finds.

“I own a large commercial building and recently worked with Dave regarding repairs or a possible replacement of the foam roof. The roof still had five years left on its warranty, but the original contractor was not honoring it Dave inspected the roof and gave me honest, straightforward advice about what he would do if it were his own building. Instead of trying to sell me a new roof, he helped me get the original contractor to stand behind their warranty and make the necessary repairs. He spent a lot of time answering questions and offering guidance—even when it meant talking himself out of a job. That level of honesty and integrity is hard to find these days. If you're considering a roof repair or replacement, I highly recommend talking with Dave. 5 stars to you Dave and Five Guys Roofin”

“Disclosure, we have not purchased roofing services from 5 guys, however our neighbor in our commercial complex adjacent to us was having their roof redone. As a car repair facility, we always have customer cars in the area, and we arrived to our workspace with ALL our cars carefully covered with protective wraps to prevent any potential dusting from their services (which there was ZERO). Thoroughly impressed with that level of detail vs just coming over and telling us to move our cars or its our problem. The staff was super kind and helpful and most importantly, not a single drop was put on any of our property! Superb!”

“I am very impressed with their work ethic, quality of work and overall professionalism. Spencer started this amazing experience with an onsite visit for providing a quote and then prioritizing the schedule. Kylie coordinated on the phone to ensure that all the work was done well. And a big shout out to Jackson and Jacob who did a fabulous job on our house roof. Trust is the key experience word that stands out here. I will definitely call them when I need help again!”

“I’ve been incredibly impressed with how 5 Guys Roofing has truly shined in my resent residential roofing project. Even during an unexpected emergency situation, they immediately paused what they were doing to clear the driveway—picking up nails and ensuring everything was safe for the emergency vehicles. They kept things calm and professional the entire time, which really demonstrated their reliability. This gives me full confidence in the quality they bring to both residential and commercial projects, and I’m looking forward to our next venture together within the next few weeks. I like the drone pictures in their roof report. Thank you.”

“Great and fast service! All team members were super friendly and happy to answer all of my questions. I feel confident in the workmanship of 5 Guys Roofing. Thank you Ali, Dave, Roberto & Joel!”

“Kenny and Jay were here early and got right on the job. They kept us informed on what was going on. When they were done, they cleaned up and told us what to look for, reminded us of our warranty. It was a new roof all together, they wasn't storm damage or anything. We would certainly recommend them to anyone!”

“The team at 5 Guys Roofing is awesome! Responsive, Fast, and Attentive. We have them inspect our roof each year before monsoon season and they always do a great job keeping our roof in great shape. Special thanks to Dave, Ali, Marissa, Keagan, and Mario!”

“Five Guys was great to work with after reviewing the needs of the property with multiple roofing contractors, Five Guys was the right choice. Jay helped get us started with an honest opinion based in deep knowledge of what needed to be addressed. Once completed, Roberto was great to catch a couple minor things he wanted better before signing off on the finished project and kept us updated as to what needed to be done and timeliness to expect.”

“We had a section of our flat roof resealed to patch a leak and then a majority of the rest of the roof resealed as a preventative measure against future leaks. The entire team at 5 Guys were great to work with - excellent communication throughout ahead of time from Kylee, Jay, Austin and Gunnar and Kenny was awesome on-site explaining everything and making sure our roof was in great shape! Will definitely hire them again when it’s time for another sealing!”
