JWF Roofing

JWF Roofing runs a family owned operation right in Gilbert, Texas. They focus on roofing work for both houses and commercial buildings across the area. The crew handles everything from putting up brand new roofs to fixing up old ones on all roof styles. Local ownership lets them stay close to the jobs and pay attention to the details that matter on each property. They carry full insurance and bonding to cover the work they do. In Gilbert the weather can be tough on roofs so they come prepared with solid materials and methods that hold up over time.

In Gilbert Texas roofing crews deal with intense sun that bakes shingles and sudden storms that can tear off sections. JWF Roofing steps in to replace entire roofs on homes when age or damage calls for it or patch leaks on commercial buildings before they get worse. They work on asphalt tile metal and whatever else comes their way. Homeowners often call when they spot missing pieces after high winds or notice water stains inside during heavy rains. The team shows up with the right tools to get the roof sealed tight again and they move from one job to the next without dragging things out. Commercial properties get the same treatment with crews that know how to work around ongoing business hours.

The reviews show steady praise for how fast they respond to calls and the solid results on each job. People mention fair costs without surprises and clear talks about what needs doing. That kind of track record builds up to a strong rating over many jobs. DIRT Score 4.5 from 207 reviews on Finds.

“The father and son team at JWF and the 15-people crew did a great job renewing my 20+ year old roof. I called on Tuesday for an estimate, and they came the same day, inspected the roof, and gave a very competitive quote. The jos started with a light set up Thursday that week, continued thoughout Friday, and finished up Saturday morning. They used double layers under the tiles which Jim (the father) says is good for 30 years. Throughout the process, the whole team wasvery professional, and resulting roof looks noticeably much better. Very happy with JWF overall. One note: On the second day, when the did most of the work, they start early around 5:30am, and the job generates a considerable amount of noise for the people inside the house. Just something to be aware of.”

“Great experience with JWF Roofing. The price was very reasonable and the work was done quickly and professionally. The team paid great attention to details and did an excellent job — I would definitely give them 10/10. During the project they also sent photos to show the progress, which made me feel very comfortable and informed. After the work was finished, they cleaned everything very carefully as well. Overall very responsible and professional service. Highly recommend!”

“If you are in need of new or replacement roofing I highly recommend JWF Roofing. Jim is one of the most down to earth, honest, and efficient contractor. He knows the roofing business and was able to answer all concerns. The removal and installation details of our new roof went as planned. If you've ever gone through a new roofing job you know how messy and dangerous the debris can be. All those old nails that fall around were all diligently picked up at the end of each day. They had an efficient systematic way that the crews removed the roofing tiles to allow the underlayment (water barrier) to be removed and replaced and then reinstall/replace the roofing tiles. I was amazed at how fast the whole roofing job went. It took JWF only 2 days and 2 hours to complete our roof. Both of the ot”

“JWF Roofing was top rate from the estimate process to the actual roofing to the cleanup process. The roofing team itself was amazing. Watching them work as a team was truly incredible. The entire process took a day and a half. Jim and his father were great to deal with and extremely knowledgeable. The price was fair and the end result was A-Plus. If you want your roof done right this is the company to use. You won’t regret it.”

“Bids were all over the place. Kinda crazy. Kinda overwhelming. Jim jr (JWF) made my decision easy. Best bid, no hidden fees, no gotchas. Plus their timeline was amazing. High quality work done in two days. Excellent hard working team! I proudly recommend JWF Roofing.”
