McMillan Brothers Painting & Roofing LLC

McMillan Brothers Painting & Roofing LLC works out of Gilbert, TX as a straight roofing crew that handles roof installs and repairs for homes in the area. The outfit gives a hundred dollar discount to military members, law enforcement, firefighters, school teachers, and seniors on their jobs. They keep a local presence with an address on Higley Road and run Monday through Saturday from eight in the morning until five. Homeowners in Gilbert deal with long hot summers that beat down shingles and occasional heavy rains that find weak spots, so these roofers focus on getting durable covers in place before leaks turn into bigger problems inside the house.

Roofing crews like this one show up to strip old layers, check the decking underneath, and put on new material that stands up to Texas sun and wind. They take calls for free quotes and keep talking with the customer through the whole process until everything is buttoned down and the site is clean. In Gilbert the common calls involve fixing wind lifted edges after storms or swapping out entire roofs on older houses where heat has dried out the seals. The crew stays available during regular hours and makes sure the job matches what the homeowner needs without dragging things out longer than necessary.

Customers keep coming back because the work gets done on time, the prices stay reasonable for the materials used, and the crew answers questions without making folks wait. Communication stands out as the part that prevents surprises on cost or schedule, and the quality holds up once the roof is finished. That steady record adds up across hundreds of jobs in the area. “Better late than never for this review! 🤣 Chuck and the McMillan Brothers Painting team painted my house in November 2024, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. The crew did an outstanding job with the prep work, including expertly repairing stucco damage caused by pool salt. They were incredibly precise with their window taping and took excellent care protecting my backyard pergola. They also listened attentively to all of my specific color requests for the different areas of the home.Coming from a family of professional painters out of state, I admit I had very high standards and inspected their work critically. I honestly could not find a single fault! At my request, they used top-tier, high-quality paint and ensured a flawless finish by back-rolling and spraying in both direc”

“I have been speaking with John McMillan for the last couple years and I know I found the right team to paint our house here in Glendale. Their team started on Monday morning, prepping our house and doing all the fine-tune little repairs that are necessary for a great paint job. Their attention to detail and commitment to excellent customer service is second to none! We couldn’t be more happy and highly recommend them for all your painting and roofing needs. “They had painted my son’s home and he highly recommended McMillan Bros. I got other quotes, but McMillan Bros got the job to paint my house in Glendale AZ. Bottom line: they spent 3days preparing the 1700sqft house. The result was beyond my expectations. Outstanding effort and work. I am so happy they did the work. I’ll ask them to come back in the Fall to redo my back patio roof. Great job guys!! Thanks!”

“Charles did such an amazing job on my mom's roof. He offered a more economical and reasonable approach to protecting and extending the life of her roof for 5 to 7 years. A new roof wasn't necessary at this time. He was communicative, punctual, kind and respectful. I would recommend him to anyone needing their roof looked at or house painted. Thank you Charles!”

“Had a great experience working with Charles and the McMillan Bros. team. They offered a fair price for my roof replacement, cleaned up nicely after their work each day, and even finished a little bit early. The crew were courteous and efficient. Charles was around from the sale through all the work and answered all my questions. It was a great experience (in as great as getting your roof replaced can be!)”

“We had an excellent experience hiring the McMillan Brothers team for our exterior house paint project. George was very personable and pleasant to work with, and his team was able to complete the project in one work day for our single story, approx. 1700 sq. ft. home. Pricing was fair and included a bit of roof tile work. Time lapse between consultation and project day was just over one month, which we thought was reasonable. Overall, we were very pleased with this company and highly recommend them for your future paint projects!”

“We are so happy that we chose McMillan Brothers to help us with our exterior painting project. They were communicative throughout the process, offered a fair price, and did a phenomenal job! In addition to the painting, we needed some extensive stucco repairs in the backyard and were so impressed with how well they did. We will definitely use them again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of painters.”

“We had McMillan paint our house after getting new windows and stucco repair. Charles came out promptly after our call to give us a quote and Edgar and his team did a phenomenal job painting. They cleared the stone off the foundation, scraped, fixed cracks, and did an exceptional job of prepping before painting. Their attention to detail through the whole process was amazing, and they didn’t leave without making sure we were 100% satisfied. I would highly recommend them for any service.”

“Outstanding company in every aspect. The first job this company did for me was an exterior fence wall that showed to the street and had both discoloration and damage. Job job was handled perfectly and led the the company painting all of the interior of my home and staining a new front door I had installed. Again the work was done to protection. Furniture was moved without incident. No spillages or miscues of any type. The technicians, Edger and David, were professional and respectful at all times. I will always use McMillion Brothers for future work projects.”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent work, fast turnaround, and very professional We had a great experience with McMillan Brothers Painting & Roofing. From the initial walkthrough to completion, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. They painted the exterior of our main house and our detached shop, including full prep work (power washing, caulking, stucco repairs, and trim prep). The finished result looks fantastic — clean, even coverage and great attention to detail. The house looks refreshed and updated. What really impressed us was the turnaround time. George mentioned they were booked out a month or two, but because our property doesn’t have HOA restrictions, they were able to fit us in the following week, which was amazing and very much appreciated. They also installed exterior l”
