Panda Roofing and Construction

Panda Roofing and Construction works out of Gilbert, Texas, specializing in roofing services for homes and commercial properties. They take on projects that include roof replacements and retrofits to keep buildings protected from the intense sun and sudden storms common in the region. The team covers residential roofing along with commercial needs, applying options such as shingle, tile, metal, foam, and flat systems. They also manage siding installations and roof insulation to help with temperature control. This focus comes from dealing directly with local conditions that wear down roofs faster than in milder climates.

Homeowners in Gilbert face roofs that crack under heat or get torn by high winds and hail during storm season. Panda Roofing and Construction steps in for storm damage restoration, replacing sections or entire roofs to stop water from getting inside. They work on tile roofing for traditional homes, metal roofing for durability on outbuildings, and foam applications on flatter commercial surfaces. Insulation gets added during replacements to cut down on cooling costs in summer. The process starts with checking the current condition, then handling removal of old materials before installing the new roof that matches the building type and local weather demands. Siding repairs often pair with these jobs when wind has caused issues.

The score reflects steady feedback on how quickly jobs get done after initial contact, the solid finish that lasts without immediate problems, and prices that fit what the work requires. Communication comes across as direct, with updates that keep owners informed without extra talk. Quality shows in roofs that handle the Texas climate year after year, and that consistency across many projects adds up. DIRT Score 4.67 from 334 reviews on Finds.

“I had a wonderful experience with Panda Roofing and construction. They remodeled my kitchen and completed some roofing repairs, and the quality of their work exceeded my expectations. Monty was outstanding from start to finish – professional, conscientious, and incredibly hard-working. He communicated well throughout the project and made sure every detail was done right. The entire process was smooth, and I always felt like I was in good hands. My kitchen turned out beautifully, and the roofing repairs were completed with the same level of care. I highly recommend Panda, especially if you have the opportunity to work with Monty!”

“We had our entire kitchen remodeled. Everything except appliances. They came out and sat down with us and showed us what the process would look like, they let us pick out our own cabinets, our own knobs, our own countertops, and the way we wanted everything to look. They were very helpful. Nick, Ty and Monty were the best. We always felt at ease with the way the construction went. It did not last very long. They were clean orderly and always helpful. Very good communication between everyone during the process. I cannot recommend these guys enough. Our kitchen was old and outdated and man, it looks stylish modern and ready to go. Thanks again, Panda.”

“We spent a lot of time deciding what Contractor to move forward with on a full Kitchen Remodel and My Wife and I were very happy that we selected Panda. Their team was phenomenal and communicated throughout the entire process. Really thankful for Susan who quarterbacked the entire project and made sure that we were completely satisfied with their work.”

“Tom was great and communicated well with me. Although it took longer than expected from start to finish, due having solar comoany come in to remove my panels then again to put back in place when the roof was done. They also needed to obtain addition similar color matching tiles. Overall I am very satisfied with the work and the finish product. Price was reasonable and warranty is great. I even got a better price when paying cash. Tom came by for final check up to make sure everything was complete and that my solar was back up and running. I would highly reccomend panda roofing to anyone in need of repair or replacement.”

“Panda Roofing did an incredible job replacing our old tile roof with new underlayment and cement tiles. Panda's bid was comparable in price to other companies, but contained more detail and clarity about what the job involved. Kevin took the time to explain our options, how the process would work, and the timeline involved. He communicated clearly throughout the job and was on site every day to make sure things were proceeding well. We wanted to use the best quality materials and make sure the roof would last a long time. Panda went the extra mile to explain all our options, how each option would work, and what they would recommend. Panda's work was excellent and on time. The crew doing the work were delightful and kind. They cleaned up every night, which made the neighbors happy. O”

“Kevin over at Roof Panda has been a great asset for my home inspection business. He provides very detailed and thorough reports along with reasonable quotes for types of repairs. I can’t recommend him enough!!”

“Kevin continues to do a phenomenal job for my clients who are purchasing a home. Between his videos and writeups, it makes it very easy to make seller requested repairs. At the end of the day, the most important thing is that my clients are comfortable and clearly understand the current condition of the roof in the home that they are purchasing! When Kevin schedules to make the repairs, he’s always on time and gets the job done! Thank you, Kevin from both Myself as a real estate agent and for one of my clients who you have assisted over the years!!”
