State 48 had an excellent experience from video recorded quote which allowed us to see exactly the state of our existing roof and underlayment, to consistent communication on each stage of our journey, to providing a sub who could remove our solar panels and reinstall. At the end, they did a good job cleaning up after though there was some mess left behind. The teams were polite. When our AC quit working because they had covered it to protect it, the project manager ensured it was addressed as soon as possible and they paid for the repair.”
