YM Roofing LLC

YM Roofing LLC operates out of Goodyear and handles roofing work across the Phoenix valley in Arizona. They focus on tile, foam, shingle, and flat roof systems built to handle the region's extreme conditions. The company holds Arizona ROC license number 329681 and offers service in both English and Spanish. Their approach covers everything from basic fixes to full system work on homes and buildings that face constant sun exposure and sudden storms. Homeowners in this area deal with roofs that take a beating from daily heat expansion and heavy seasonal rains, so the crew sticks to practical methods that match those demands without unnecessary extras.

They perform installations of new roofs, replace underlayment to stop leaks at the source, handle repairs and ongoing maintenance, apply flat roof recoats, and conduct inspections on all the main roof types. Work often starts with a site visit to check for wind damage or monsoon wear on existing materials, then moves to targeted fixes like sealing foam sections or swapping out damaged tiles. In Goodyear and nearby spots, common problems include cracked shingles from intense UV rays or standing water on flat surfaces after big storms, and the team addresses those directly with materials suited to Arizona weather. They manage both small leak jobs and larger replacements where the whole structure needs updating to resist high winds.

Customers give strong marks across the board for getting jobs done right the first time and keeping prices straightforward on big or small projects. Reviews highlight reliable quality that lasts through summer heat and wet seasons, quick turnaround on repairs when issues pop up, and clear updates from start to finish so homeowners know what to expect. That track record of solid results on speed, workmanship, and value adds up over many jobs in the valley. DIRT Score 4.84 from 92 reviews on Finds.

“This company was referred to me by a neighbor and I'm glad because they were very communicative and professional throughout the entire process. Initially, Anthony inspected my roof for free and provided me with pictures but what impressed me the most, is the willingness to wait for me and help as I attempted to work through my warranty company. Overall, I would recommend YM Roofing for their knowledge, reliability, and thorough work.”

“Met with Anthony a week ago for a quick roof inspection. Within 20 minutes, he was able to inspect our roof and provide me with a quote for everything that needed to be done. We were able to schedule repairs within a week. His team was fast, efficient and clean! Everything looks great! Definitely recommend and we will be using them for any future roof work.”

“I worked with Anthony from the initial estimate through the completion of my roof repair, and I have to say… it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Anthony was professional, detailed, and extremely knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the roof, the repairs, and the entire process. The communication was excellent. He kept me updated every step of the way, from scheduling to roof tiles, and even provided photos of the work as it progressed. That level of transparency and care really stood out. If there’s one thing to take away from this review, it’s that YM Roofing LLC is the right company to trust with your roof. I’m thoroughly impressed and will absolutely be choosing them for any future roofing needs & recommending them to everyone I can.”

“From all the 5 star reviews to the first time I met Anthony, my repair project went perfect. Anthony repaired my roof three days earlier then quoted. His crew were very professional and completely clean up like they were never there. I would recommend YM roofing to everyone”

“We had a great experience with YM Roofing. They were easy to communicate with, showed up on time, and got the job done quickly and professionally. Everything matched the original quote and the quality of work looks great. Would definitely use them again!”

“We had a roofing issue that had to be addressed quickly. We had one company come out that quoted $1800. YM Roofing came out same day and gave us several options to choose from, explaining each one. So glad we called YM Roofing, and the repairs were done the next day! Great company, great service, great people.”

“Selling my home and needed about 15 tile replaced after the home insection. I called up YM Roofing after hours and Anthony picked up while at the F1 races downtown. We discussed what was needed and he quoted me a price over the phone(that was a few hundred less than 2 other roofers). We scheduled for a couple weeks out when he had availability as I wasnt in a rush. He text me when he was on his way and unfortunately I was unable to meet him since I was stuck at work. Even still, Anthony replaced not only the 15 he quoted, but 18 tile that actually needed to be replaced, and still only charged me the quoted amount. I felt so bad I was inquiring how to pay immediately after recieving photos of tbe completed job. He said he would send me the invoice and details later that evening which blew”

“From contact to completion of the work was three days. I called for a "couple of broken roof tiles". They found way more then I expected and damaged plywood. Great repair, fair price and complete cleanup of the work area. They were also contacted by my neighbors, and complete their inspections the same day they completed mine.”

“5 stars is not enough for this company! I was dreading tackling this project for years, but I would have done it sooner if I knew this company existed! Don't waste your time with any others - this is the best! The communication, professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail are unparalleled! The price was more than fair, the product high quality, and the customer service was absolutely phenomenal!”
