“John and entire fabulous team…THANK YOU for fighting for our new AWESOME Roof and gutters, Window screens and new ceiling and entire bathroom upstairs 😱 😳 ❤️❤️❤️❤️ (our insurance company completely refused our claim even though we were in desperate need of a whole new roof….you went to bat for us, FULL FORCE, for two solid months you became our voice, and won our battle!) That in of itself is quite amazing. Who does such a thing? Wow! You’ve restored our faith in humanity 🙏🏼 We are sooooo BLESSED and grateful Frank remembered listening to you on Sports Radio 1310 am The Ticket…called you and you came out immediately…set my mind at ease that you would repair the upstairs bathroom ceiling and new roof and gutters and you DID!!!! And with expert precision and craftsmanship. Frank and I are just besides ourselves with gratitude and blessings. Truly we are so happy 😀 Years ago our master bedroom ceiling leaked and caused massive damage to the closet and wooden flooring on the other side of that closet wall. The contractor did a great job at first then skipped out without completing the work…I had to complete the work. We did not have the money nor energy to pursue the contractor who never answered his phone nor responded back to us. Frank has little memory of that experience however I remember, very well indeed. I apologize to you if I ever came off abrupt or rude or non trusting…this is why. Thank you John!!!! From YOU, all the excellent roofers who worked soooo incredibly HARD…to Audi and his family team of professional remodelers/painters…to the window screen professionals…to the gutter workers…exceptionally kind and so nice…they did an excellent job!!! The crew arrived on time and were completed in less than seven hours! They were well prepared, proficient and did a fantastic clean up job. The final product was amazing, we couldn't be happier. “A late April hailstorm in Rockwall County made me think that my roof might need replaced. I have heard Blue Ribbon Roofing advertisement on a couple of radio stations. I contacted them by phone and less than five minutes later, John, the owner contacted me. He was at my house two hours later and verified significant damage from the storm. I contacted my insurance company, they sent out an adjuster one week later. John was here with them. I got the report from the adjuster rhe following day and sent it to John. The next day he was at my house going over the entire process of the roof replacement. He answered every question I had and educated me on class 3 versus class 4 shingles. Listen to his advice. He has been in the roofing business a long time. His crew showed up at my house the following morning. Fourteen hours later my roof replacement was done. The crew foreman, Jessie, kept me updated and answered all questions I had. They took pride in their work. The crew cleaned up wirh hardly a trace that they were there. John stayed in contact during the entire process. It's rare to find his level of dedication and integrity these days.I highly recommend Blue Ribbon Roofing.”
